Wipro is back hiring, plans to add 10,000 - 12,000 employees in FY25

Wipro plans to hire 10,000 to 12,000 people in FY25 to reverse its two-year decline in headcount. The company hired over 3,000 freshers in Q1 and is completing the onboarding of all offers made during the fiscal year. In addition, Wipro plans to hire a similar number of employees in FY26. The Chief HR Officer stated that the company is building muscle to be ready for growth and is focusing on its supply chain at the right time. Other IT companies, including TCS and Infosys, are also increasing their fresher hirings.
