Verod Capital snaps majority stake in Nigerian fitness chain; CardinalStone exits

Verod Capital, a West African private equity investor, has acquired a majority stake in Nigeria's top fitness chain, iFitness. The deal was valued at $12 million and involved CardinalStone Capital Advisers selling their six-year-old investment and fully exiting the business. This marks Verod Capital's sixth deal from its third investment vehicle and strengthens its presence in the Nigerian market.
