The growth was primarily driven by the diagnostic testing services segment, which contributed over 93% of total revenue, while the imaging services segment (including PET-CT and radiopharmaceuticals) accounted for Rs 14.2 crore during the quarter. Thyrocare’s profit after tax jumped 81% YoY to Rs 47.9 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 26.4 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, aided by margin expansion and operational leverage. For the first half of FY26, the company recorded a net profit that grew 71% to Rs 86.1 crore from Rs 50.4 crore in H1 FY25. The company’s EBITDA margin improved to 33%, with total expenses growing at a slower pace (10% YoY) than revenue. During the quarter, the cost of materials consumed rose to Rs 59.8 crore, while employee benefits expenses stood at Rs 33.2 crore. Thyrocare’s board has also approved a 2:1 bonus issue, allotting two fully paid-up shares for every existing share held by shareholders as of the record date. The board also declared an interim dividend of Rs 7 per share for FY26, with October 24 set as the record date. At the end of H1FY26, Thyrocare had a total current asset of Rs 323 crore with cash and bank balances of Rs 70 crore. The company is currently traded at Rs 1270.5 (as on 12.35 PM) with the total market capitalization of Rs 6,754 crore ($767 million).

A 25% year-on-year rise in operating revenue, coupled with controlled expenses, helped the firm double its profit to Rs 64 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 30.7 crore in Q2 FY25. On a half-yearly basis, the company’s revenue rose 24% year-on-year to Rs 366.45 crore, while its profit more than doubled to Rs 111.13 crore. The beauty segment accounted for 91% of the total revenue at Rs 2,132 crore, while the fashion segment contributed 8.7% of the operating income in the Q2 FY25. For Nykaa, the cost of materials constituted 56% of its total expenditure, rising to Rs 1,292 crore in Q2 FY26. Additional spending on employee benefits, finance, marketing, technology, and other overheads brought the company’s total costs to Rs 2,297 crore during the quarter. Steady growth in its scale helped Nykaa achieve 2.5X increase in profit to Rs 33 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 13 crore in Q2 FY25. For the six months ended September 2025, the company’s profit doubled to Rs 57 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 27 crore in H1 FY25. Docon Technologies Pvt Ltd, a promoter entity of Thyrocare Technologies, has sold 53.33 lakh equity shares representing around 10% of the company’s total paid-up capital through open market transactions on October 24, 2025. The sale was valued at Rs 667.7 crore at an average price of Rs 1,252 per share, according to a stock exchange filing. Following the transaction, Docon’s shareholding in Thyrocare has come down from 71% to 61% and continues to remain a promoter of the diagnostics chain with 3.2 crore shares. The block sale saw strong participation from domestic mutual funds. Among the key buyers were ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, which purchased 17.49 lakh shares worth Rs 218.9 crore, and Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, which picked up 10.33 lakh shares for Rs 129.3 crore. Other prominent investors included HSBC Mutual Fund Midcap Fund (6.66 lakh shares for Rs 83.4 crore), HDFC Mutual Fund (4.44 lakh shares for Rs 55.5 crore), and Eastspring Investments India Consumer Equity Open Limited (3.19 lakh shares for Rs 40 crore). The stake sale comes on the back of leadership transition within the PharmEasy-Thyrocare group. In August 2025, PharmEasy’s co-founder and CEO Siddharth Shah stepped down from his executive role to become the company’s Vice Chairman, while Thyrocare’s chief Rahul Guha was elevated as the new MD and CEO of API Holdings, the parent entity of PharmEasy and Thyrocare. Income from booking of hotels and packages accounted for 84% of TBO’s revenue which increased 34% year-on-year to Rs 479 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 357 crore in Q2 FY25. Meanwhile, income from air ticketing and other allied services brought Rs 78 crore and other income sources added Rs 10 crore to the firm’s topline. Since hotels and packages were the largest revenue source, the service fees associated with them naturally became the biggest cost center, accounting for 40% of the total expenditure, which amounted to Rs 204 crore in Q2 FY26. Its employee benefits stood at Rs 108 crore in the last quarter. Overall, the total cost was up by 28% to Rs 504 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 394 crore in Q2 FY25. TBO Tek posted a 12% increase in its profits to Rs 67.5 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 60 crore in Q2 FY25. On a half-yearly basis, the company’s profit increased 8% to Rs 130.5 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 121 crore in H1 FY25. TBO Tek’s stock is trading at Rs 1,497 with a total market capitalization of Rs 16,261 crore. TBO recently announced that its step-down subsidiary TBO LLC acquired Classic Vacations LLC, a US-based luxury travel company, for up to $125 million in an all-cash deal.

It also booked Rs 16 crore from non-operating activities, pushing total income to Rs 441 crore in the quarter, compared to Rs 361 crore in Q2FY25. On a half-yearly basis, revenue was up nearly 21% to Rs 804 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 664 crore in H1 FY25. On the cost front, depreciation remained the largest expense at Rs 198 crore, followed by operating expenses of Rs 122 crore. Finance costs, employee benefits, and marketing took the total expenditure to Rs 445 crore, compared to Rs 382 crore in the same quarter last year. The decent growth in scale and cost control mechanisms helped the firm narrow its net loss to Rs 3 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 16 crore a year ago. For the six months ended September 2025, its losses were down by 82% to Rs 7 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 39 crore in H1 FY25. Smartworks listed on the NSE earlier this year at Rs 435 per share, a 7% premium to its IPO price of Rs 407. The stock closed today at Rs 596, valuing the company at Rs 6,818 crore (approximately $769 million). Smartworks competes with Awfis, which went public in May 2024 and currently trades at Rs 595. Awfis posted Rs 355 crore in revenue and Rs 10 crore in net profit in Q1 FY26. The company is yet to file its return for the second quarter.

Eternal operates several business units, including a food marketplace, Hyperpure, and a quick commerce platform, BlinkIt. Income from Eternal’s food delivery business (Zomato) contributed 18% of the total revenue in Q2 FY26, growing 23% to Rs 2,485 crore from Rs 2,012 crore in Q2 FY25. Revenue from the quick commerce segment (Blinkit) saw significant growth, rising 8.5X to Rs 9,891 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 1,156 crore in Q2 FY25. However, Hyperpure saw a fall of 30.5% to Rs 1023 crore during the second quarter of FY26. Earnings from the 'Going-out' segment and other non-operating income brought the Eternal Group’s total revenue to Rs 13,942 crore in Q2 FY26. The cost of material accounted for 56% of the total expense; this cost grew by 5.8X to Rs 7,742 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 1,334 crore in Q2 FY25. Delivery and related charges increased by 58% to Rs 2,213 crore in Q2 FY26. Employee benefit cost rose 46% to Rs 865 crore while spending on advertising and marketing almost doubled to Rs 806 crore in Q2 FY26. Overall, the company’s total expenditure increased by 2.8X to Rs 13,813 crore in Q2 FY26, up from Rs 4,783 crore in Q2 FY25. The 5.8X surge in material cost led the company's profit to fall by 63% to Rs 65 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 176 crore in Q2 FY25. On a per-unit basis, the Gurugram-based company spent Rs 1.02 to earn every rupee of revenue during the quarter ending September 2025. In the end, its total income for Q2 FY26 stood at Rs 2,408 crore, against Rs 2,175 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Go Digit experienced rising expenses in Q2 FY26, including commissions and brokerage costs, which amounted to Rs 603 crore. These expenses stood at Rs 573 crore in Q2 FY25. Employee benefits also saw a slight increase, with expenses totaling Rs 91.5 crore in Q2 FY26. These increases contributed to the overall 10% rise in the firm's expenses during the quarter to Rs 2,334 crore. In terms of claims, the company paid out Rs 1,098 crore in claims during Q2 FY26 against Rs 851 crore in Q2 FY25. There was also a change in outstanding claims, decreasing to Rs 426 crore in Q2 FY26 compared to Rs 483 crore in Q1 FY25. The company’s PAT (Profit after Tax) increased by 30% to Rs 116.5 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 89.5 crore in Q2 FY26. For the half year, the company’s profit rose 34% to Rs 255 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 191 crore in H1 FY25. At the end of the day, Go Digit’s share price was trading at Rs 363.75 per share, giving the company a total market capitalization of Rs 33,586 crore ($3.8 billion).

As a result, the company reported a pre-tax loss of Rs 4 crore during the quarter, compared to a profit of Rs 18.3 crore in Q2 FY25. Its net loss stood at Rs 3.5 crore against a profit of Rs 13.1 crore in the year-ago period. For the first half of FY26, ixigo posted revenue of Rs 597.2 crore, up 54% from Rs 388.3 crore in H1 FY25. However, its net profit fell to Rs 15.5 crore from Rs 27.9 crore in the corresponding period last year, reflecting higher operating costs. As of September 30, 2025, the company’s total assets stood at Rs 989 crore, including cash and cash equivalents of Rs 138.8 crore. During the quarter, ixigo also entered into a share subscription agreement with MIH Investments One B.V. for the proposed preferential allotment of up to 4.63 crore equity shares at Rs 280 per share, amounting to Rs 1,295.5 crore, subject to shareholder approval. At the close of trading on Wednesday, Ixigo’s shares were priced at Rs 325, giving the online travel aggregator a market capitalization of Rs 12,686 crore.

As per the earnings call, its payment revenue grew 21% YoY to Rs 1,146 crore while income from the financial services biz saw a 63% growth to Rs 611 crore in Q2 FY26. The company also added Rs 222 crore from other non-operating sources, bringing its overall revenue to Rs 2,283 crore in Q2 FY26. Employee benefits remained the largest cost center, accounting for 32% of the overall expenditure, which stood at Rs 663 crore in Q2 FY26, followed by payment processing charges, which recorded at Rs 629 crore in the same period. Its marketing, software, technology, promotional incentive, and other indirect costs took the total expenditure to Rs 2,062 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 2,245 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Despite the top-line growth, its net profit nosedived 98% YoY to Rs 21 crore from Rs 930 crore a year ago, largely due to the absence of a one-time gain that boosted the base quarter and an impairment loss booked this time. The company took a Rs 190 crore exceptional charge against loans extended to its gaming joint venture, First Games Technology, after the enactment of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, which prohibits online gaming. Paytm’s cash and cash equivalents stood at Rs 1,835 crore as of September 2025, with total assets rising to Rs 22,537 crore from Rs 21,448 crore at the end of FY25. The company’s board also approved an additional investment of Rs 2,250 crore in Paytm Payments Services Ltd (PPSL) through a rights issue to strengthen the subsidiary’s net worth and fund the transfer of its offline payments business, in line with RBI’s regulatory guidance issued in September 2025. At the end of today’s session, Paytm’s shares were hovering at Rs 1,269 with the total market capitalization of Rs 46,523 crore or $5.2 billion.
