Signature Global to invest ₹1,500 cr in buying land; plans Noida entry | Mint

Real estate developer Signature Global plans to purchase land worth ₹1,500 crore this year in order to expand in Gurugram and enter Noida in the NCR. The developer aims to buy land through outright transactions and auctions conducted by the Noida Development Authority. Signature Global recently recorded pre-sales of ₹7,270 crore for FY24, and projects a pre-sales guidance of ₹10,000 crore for FY25. The company also plans to reduce debt and expects an operating surplus of over ₹2,500-3,000 crore in the current financial year. Signature Global will focus on mid-income and premium projects, and plans to launch a 130-acre project in Sohna, targeting the middle-income segment.
