Senior execs slow on going with AI-related enterprise changes: TCS study

A study conducted by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) found that only 17% of senior executives are considering discussing generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) and implementing changes on an enterprise level. The study, which included input from 1,272 executives across 24 countries, also revealed that 54% of executives believe their company is far from fully leveraging AI due to issues with data quality and availability. Additionally, the study highlighted concerns about security, privacy, and ethical use of AI, as well as the need for well-defined performance metrics to track progress and assess effectiveness.
