The proceeds will be used to ramp up product development, customer acquisition, and growth. The firm is working closely with manufacturing giants in automotive and electronics. Founded by Raviteja Chivukula, Jagga Raju Nadimpalli, and Mrutyunjaya Nadiminti, Perceptyne’s products are designed to perform tasks demanding human-like dexterity, such as product assembly & packaging. To accomplish this, the startup is building a vertically integrated full-stack robotics platform centered around AI. Its flagship products, PR-34D and PR-9D, are dual-arm and single-arm robots with integrated computer vision & AI, multi-modal sensing, and highly articulate end-effectors suited for manufacturing/assembly line applications. According to the startup, its integrated approach will help manufacturing companies accelerate robotic automation efforts by dramatically reducing integration time (quarters to weeks) and implementing automation without changes to their assembly lines.

It aims to transform industries with cutting-edge technology, enabling them to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. iHub Robotics states that it has already made a significant international impact, exporting its semi-humanoid robot, Tara Gen-1, to the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Tara Gen-1 is the most advanced semi-humanoid robot in India, built with cutting-edge AI and robotics technology. It is designed to operate in hospitality, healthcare, airports, railway stations, and various customer service roles, enhancing efficiency and automation in these industries. Tara Gen-1 leverages advanced human behavior intelligence, allowing it to recognize and respond to human emotions, engage in natural conversations using AI-powered speech recognition, and adapt to different environments with real-time decision-making. The funds will be utilised for growing sales for driver camera, building key partnerships in the automotive domain, developing advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) technology, and filing international patents, the company said in a press release. Founded by Satyajit Neogi in 2021, Sapience Automata focuses on revolutionising road safety in India through plug-and-play driver assistance technology. The firm aims to eliminate accidents by leveraging advanced AI and autonomous driving tech. By offering custom-made products and applications, it provides solutions that are tailored to the specific needs and conditions of Indian drivers. Operating primarily from Bengaluru, Sapience currently focuses on commercial fleets, laying the foundation for future expansion and scalability in the B2C market. FlowPilot and Swaayatt Robots also operate in advanced driver assistance system (ADAS). According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, Inflection Point Ventures emerged as the most active investors in Q1 2024 with 11 investments. Blume Ventures, Venture Catalysts and Fireside Ventures were next on the list.

The proceeds will be used to establish an in-house manufacturing and advanced testing facility in Pune, accelerate R&D across electromagnetic actuation, and build the core engineering and operations team required for commercial rollout, Quintrans said in a press release. Co-founded in 2021 by Pranay Luniya, Kartik Kulkarni, Aniruddha Atigre, and Prasanna Kadambi, Quintrans is a deep tech engineering company developing direct-drive electromagnetic linear motion systems for industrial applications. Its technology enables frictionless, high-speed, and ultra-precise motion for robotics, warehouse automation, and manufacturing environments. As per market research, India manufactured and sold roughly 6.8 million actuators in FY 2022, a figure expected to cross 10–11 million units by FY 2026, driven by automotive, industrial automation, HVAC, and marine applications. According to the Pune-based startup, its design and manufacturing model unlocks cost efficiency, tailored deployments, and assured service. They take an engineering-first approach, developing the hardware and control electronics in-house so customers get a complete, integrated solution. Quintrans is part of MaXcel, the hardware and industrial technology accelerator run by Capital-A and SanchiConnect, supporting startups building engineering-led manufacturing solutions.
