Scalefusion unveils the future of endpoint management at 33rd Convergence India Expo Scalefusion, a startup focused on unified endpoint management, zero trust access, and endpoint compliance and security, recently unveiled its vision for the future of endpoint security at the Convergence India Expo 2026. As part of the three-day event held in the national capital, the Pune-based company showcased a modern approach to endpoint management, bringing device management, identity, and security into a single streamlined platform. Scalefusion’s showcase at the 33rd edition of the Convergence India Expo drew attention from both Indian and international attendees, who explored the flexibility and growing relevance of unified management solutions across diverse IT ecosystems. The company featured its flagship offerings, including Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) for managing devices across operating systems, OneIdP for zero trust access and identity management, and Veltar for endpoint compliance and security. Together, these solutions demonstrated how organizations can simplify operations through one platform, one agent, and one unified experience, eliminating fragmentation while improving visibility and control. Sriram Kakarala, Chief Product Officer at Scalefusion, said, “We witnessed a highly engaging response at the expo, with thousands of visitors experiencing our endpoint management solutions in action. Through live dashboard demonstrations, we provided a hands-on understanding of how seamlessly device management, access control, and security workflows converge within a single interface. For us, the event was as much about building new relationships as it was about strengthening existing ones.” Highlighting the importance of foundational principles such as role-based access control, Scalefusion demonstrated how it has prioritized building internal frameworks that ensure controlled, role-specific access, eliminating the need for ad hoc permissions. The aim is to help organizations understand how consolidating critical functions can drive operational efficiency, strengthen security posture, and simplify IT management in an increasingly complex digital landscape. Scalefusion offers a comprehensive suite of products engineered for unified management, including Scalefusion UEM for streamlined device management, Scalefusion OneIdP for secure zero trust access, and Scalefusion Veltar for advanced endpoint security.

SHRM India has released its research report, "Driving Enterprise Productivity with Agentic AI," created in collaboration with Google Cloud and Quantiphi. The report was announced at the SHRM India Annual Conference and Expo 2025, The Festival of Work, held at the Taj Palace in New Delhi. Marking two decades of SHRM India, the conference brought together more than 4,500 HR professionals, 150 speakers, and 70 sessions focused on work, leadership, and workforce trends. Based on inputs from 58 HR leaders across 14 industries and interviews with CHROs from 11 organizations including Flipkart, Mahindra and Mahindra, and Larsen and Toubro, the study outlines how Indian enterprises can plan for and adopt agentic AI in their operations. Findings show that while 79% of CHROs consider agentic AI adoption an urgent priority, only half believe their organizations are ready to implement it. This readiness gap highlights the need for focused strategies around upskilling, governance, and organizational alignment. To help bridge this gap, the research outlines practical steps such as creating pockets of excellence, building a strong data foundation, investing in AI literacy, and embedding ethical frameworks. Achal Khanna, CEO of SHRM APAC and MENA, said, “The Festival of Work is a celebration of people, purpose, and possibilities. This research equips HR leaders with the insights and tools to harness AI responsibly and strategically, redefining the future of work in India and beyond.” SHRM India aims to empower organizations to advance HR practices and maximize human potential. As the India arm of the world’s largest HR association, it combines global standards with local insight through consulting, corporate training, professional certification, and flagship events such as the SHRM India Annual Conference and Expo and the SHRM TECH Conference and Expo.
