SBI Mutual Fund cuts Delhivery stake to 5.69% SBI Mutual Fund has trimmed its stake in logistics major Delhivery, bringing its shareholding down by more than 2% from the previously reported level. According to the letter, SBI Mutual Fund had earlier disclosed a 7.91% stake in Delhivery in April 2023. The fund has now sold 18.18 lakh shares, representing 0.24% of Delhivery’s paid-up equity capital. Taking Delhivery’s closing price of Rs 409 on December 22, the transaction is estimated to be worth around Rs 74 crore. After the transaction, SBI Mutual Fund now holds a total of 4.25 crore shares of Delhivery, which is equivalent to 5.69% of the company’s total paid-up share capital. Financially, Delhivery’s revenue from operations grew 17% to Rs 2,559 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 2,190 crore in Q2 FY25. The company posted a loss of Rs 50 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to a profit of Rs 10 crore in Q2 FY25. For the half year, its profit decreased by 37% to Rs 40.5 Cr in H1 FY26 as compared to Rs 64.5 Cr in H1 FY25. Delhivery’s share price is currently trading at Rs 409.8 (as of 12:53 PM) on NSE, giving the company a market capitalisation of Rs 30,656 crore (approximately $3.4 billion).
