Satya Nadella to Sundar Pichai: 22 top executives join AI advisory board in US

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, and several other top executives have joined a US advisory board. The board's objective is to provide recommendations on safeguarding critical infrastructure, such as power grids and transportation systems, from potential risks associated with artificial intelligence (AI). The advisory board will also help the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) counter evolving threats posed by hostile nations. The board consists of influential figures from various industries and will convene quarterly starting May.
