The former CEO and co-founder of a San Francisco tech company, Christian Lanng, has been named in a lawsuit accusing him of forcing his executive assistant to sign a "slave contract." The lawsuit claims the assistant was subjected to years of sexual abuse, torture, and assault, alleging that Lanng trafficked her around the world under the guise of business trips. Lanng denies the accusations, stating that he and the assistant had a consensual relationship. The lawsuit also implicates other Tradeshift board members in sexual abuse allegations. Tradeshift denies the allegations made against the company.
