The property, at Lodha Marquise – The Park, is a high-end project by Lodha Group, covering 7 acres, with a carpet area of 1,298 sq ft and includes two parking spaces. Purchased in 2013 for ₹5.46 crore, it offers a rental yield of 6%. Another apartment in the same complex was also rented for ₹2.65 lakh.
