Rentomojo posts Rs 266 Cr revenue in FY25; profits surge 92% Following strong momentum in the previous year, furniture and appliances rental startup Rentomojo reported a 38% year-on-year increase in revenue in FY25, while its profit surged 92% during the same period. Rentomojo’s revenue from operations rose to Rs 266 crore in FY25, compared to Rs 193 crore in FY24, according to a company statement released on Monday. Founded in 2014, Rentomojo operates at the intersection of consumer tech and lifestyle, offering furniture, appliances, and newer categories such as water purifiers on a rental basis. The company currently serves over 2.2 lakh live subscribers, manages more than 7.7 lakh rental items, and operates across 23 cities through 71 experience stores. The company said its net rental revenue grew at a 48.24% CAGR between FY23 and FY25, while EBITDA increased to Rs 118.41 crore in FY25 from Rs 78.23 crore in FY24, reflecting improved operating leverage. Founder and CEO Geetansh Bamania attributed the improved performance to disciplined execution, automation, and a refurbishment-led operating model. “Rentomojo is a consumer tech company building a subscription-first model that has delivered sustained profitability while solving a major problem for its consumers,” he said. According to the company, its return on capital employed (ROCE) stood at 25.1% in FY25, driven by reinvestment into refurbishment, automation, and capital efficiency. Rentomojo added that its circular economy-led approach, focused on reuse and sustainability, has helped improve asset utilisation and long-term resilience. Rentomojo has raised over Rs 650 crore across multiple funding rounds, including its latest $25 million round led by Edelweiss. Notable investors include Accel, Chiratae Ventures, Bain Capital, along with Edelweiss Discovery Fund and ValueQuest S.C.A.L.E. Fund. The company is also supported by banks and NBFCs. The startup competes with players such as Furlenco, Rentickle, Cityfurnish, and to some extent, Pepperfry. According to media reports, the firm is also preparing for an initial public offering (IPO).

Business-focused travel distribution platform Travel Boutique Online (TBO) has recorded a 21% year-on-year increase in its revenue while its profits grew 28.3% during the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year (FY25). TBO’s operating revenue increased to Rs 446 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 369 crore in Q3 FY24, its consolidated financial statements sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) show. Income from the booking of hotels and packages accounted for 80% of TBO’s revenue, which increased to Rs 357 crore in Q4 FY25. Meanwhile, income from air ticketing and other allied services brought Rs 79 crore and Rs 10 crore to the firm’s coffers. Hotels and packages, as the top revenue source, made service fees the largest cost center, accounting for 33.75% of total expenditure or Rs 135 crore in Q4 FY25. Employee benefits were Rs 99 crore in the same quarter. Overall, total costs rose to Rs 400 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 325 crore in Q4 FY24. The decent surge in scale and controlled expenditure led TBO to post a 28.3% YOY increase in its profits after tax to Rs 59 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 46 crore in Q4 FY24. However, for the full fiscal year, it posted a 15% YoY increase in PAT to Rs 230 crore in the previous fiscal (FY25). At the end of today’s (Thursday, May 22) trading session, TBO Tek saw around a 3% decrease in its stock, which stood at Rs 1,197 with a total market capitalization of Rs 13,005 crore or ($1.53 billion).

The company recorded Rs 2,100 crore in revenue during the first nine months of FY25, with profits reaching Rs 632 crore. Info Edge derives the majority of its revenue—73%—from Naukri.com, which contributed Rs 527 crore in Q3 FY25, marking a 12.3% year-on-year growth compared to Q3 FY24. Meanwhile, revenue from 99 acres reached Rs 104 crore, while the Jeevansathi and Shiksha segments collectively generated Rs 91 crore during the same quarter. The company added another Rs 187 crore from interest on deposits and investments, which pushed its overall revenue to Rs 9,094 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to Rs 660 crore in Q3 FY24. Info Edge spent 62.6% of its overall expenditure on employee benefits, which increased by a modest 9.7% year-on-year to Rs 305 crore in Q3 FY25. Its advertising and internet costs stood at Rs 82 crore and 20 crore, respectively. The company’s overall cost grew 7% YoY to Rs 487 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 455 crore in Q3 FY24. The steady growth and surge in other income with controlled expenditure led its profits to increase by 142% to Rs 288 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to Rs 119 crore in Q3 FY24. On a unit level, it spent Rs 0.67 to earn a rupee in Q3 FY25. As of 4:40 PM, Info Edge is trading at Rs 7,910, reflecting a Rs 203.1 increase following today's results. Its total market capitalization value improved to Rs 1,02,501 crore ($12.2 billion).

PB Fintech’s revenue increased to Rs 1,292 crore in Q3 FY25 as compared to Rs 871 crore during Q3 FY24, as per the firm’s unaudited consolidated financial results. PB Fintech, the parent company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, recorded a 48.3% year-on-year increase in revenue during the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (FY25). At the same time, the firm nearly doubled its profits, maintaining strong growth in earnings. Insurance broking formed 87.6% of the total collections which surged by 62.4% to Rs 1,132 crore during Q3 FY25 from Rs 697 crore in Q3 FY24. The income from other operating activities, which include marketing, advertising, consulting, and support services, plunged 8% to Rs 160 crore in the same period. The firm earned Rs 100 crore from non-operating activities including financial income, tallying its overall revenue to Rs 1,392 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to Rs 965 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. For PB Fintech, employee benefits cost remained the largest cost center forming 37% of the overall expenditure. This cost increased by 22.4% YoY to Rs 487 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 398 crore in Q3 FY24. This includes Rs 51 crore as ESOP expense (non-cash). The company’s spending on advertising and promotional grew 34% to Rs 289 crore. Its network, internet, legal, rent, and other overheads pushed its total expenditure to Rs 1,307 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 926 crore in Q3 FY24. The significant year-on-year growth helped PB Fintech to post a 94.6% surge in profits to Rs 72 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 37 crore in the third quarter of the previous fiscal year. On a unit level, the Gurugram-based firm spent Rs 1.01 to earn a rupee in Q3 FY25. PB Fintech ended the day on January 30 with a share price of Rs 1,659.7 and a total market capitalization of Rs 76,225 crore (approximately $9 billion).

Blackbuck has released its financial report for the first quarter of the ongoing financial year ending March 2026. The Bengaluru-based company reported a 57% year-on-year growth in scale in Q1 FY26 and posted a profit of Rs 34 crore in the quarter. Blackbuck's revenue from operations grew to Rs 144 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 92 crore in Q1 FY25, its financial statements sourced from the National Stock Exchange show. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, Blackbuck’s operating revenue increased 18% to Rs 144 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 122 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from its truck operator services was the primary source of revenue, accounting for 98% of total operating revenue. The company also made Rs 16 crore from interest income which took its overall revenue to Rs 160 crore in Q1 FY26, compared to Rs 98 crore in Q1 FY25. Looking at the expenses, the employee benefit cost accounted for 32% of the overall expenditure which fell 5% year-on-year to Rs 37 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 39 crore in Q1 FY25. Deprecation and other operating expenses were key overheads that drove total expenditure to Rs 114 crore in Q1 FY26, compared to Rs 92 crore in the same quarter last year. Blackbuck’s net profit increased 17% to Rs 34 crore in Q1 FY26, as compared to Rs 29 crore in Q1 FY25. Blackbuck debuted on the stock exchange at Rs 208.90 and is now trading at Rs 481.85 (at 15:26 PM), bringing its total market capitalization to Rs 8,670 crore ($1 billion).

TBO’s operating revenue increased by 29.1% to Rs 422 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 327 crore in Q3 FY24, its unaudited consolidated financial statements sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) show. Income from booking of hotels and packages accounted for 79.8% of TBO’s revenue, which increased 44% year-on-year to Rs 337 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 233 crore in Q3FY24. Meanwhile, income from air ticketing and other allied services brought Rs 74 crore and Rs 11 crore to the firm’s topline. Since hotels and packages were the largest revenue source, the service fees associated with them became the biggest cost center, accounting for 32.7% of the total expenditure, which amounted to Rs 126 crore in Q3 FY25. Its employee benefits stood at Rs 100 crore in the third quarter. Overall, the total cost was up by 36.5% to Rs 385 crore in Q3FY25 from Rs 282 crore in Q3FY24. The total cost surge outpaced the revenue, leading TBO Tek to post a marginal decrease in its profits to Rs 49.9 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 50.7 crore in Q3 FY24. On a sequential basis, its quarter-on-quarter scale slowed down by 6% while its bottom line decreased by 16.8% from Rs 60 crore in Q2FY25. TBO Tek saw around a 1% increase in its stock, which stood at Rs 1,638 (as of 04.17 PM) with a total market capitalization of Rs 17,786 crore or ($2.1 billion).

Flight and bus booking services contributed 28% and 21.4% respectively. Besides operating revenue, the firm also earned Rs 5.2 crore via interest and gains from financial assets during the quarter, taking its total topline to Rs 247 crore in Q3 FY25. Ixigo’s gross transaction value (GTV) increased 48% year-on-year to Rs 4,036 crore during the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year. Employee benefits expenses rose by 17% YoY to Rs 41 crore. Overall, the company's total costs grew 42.7% to Rs 224 crore in Q3 FY25 compared to Rs 157 crore in Q3 FY24. Ixigo's net profits dropped by 49.3% to Rs 15.5 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 30.6 crore in Q3 FY24, attributed to a deferred tax income of Rs 16.7 crore booked in Q3 FY24. On a PBT basis, profits showed a significant QoQ increase of 54% to Rs 21.4 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 13.9 crore in Q3 FY24. Ixigo is currently trading at Rs 127.7 with a total market capitalization of Rs 4,886 crore or $581 million.

Nazara’s operating revenue rose by 95.3% to Rs 520 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 266 crore in Q4 FY24, according to its audited consolidated financial statements sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). E-sports accounted for 41.5% (Rs 216 crore) of the company’s total operating revenue, while the gaming segment held a 30% share (Rs 156 crore), followed by ad tech, which contributed 28% (Rs 148 crore). Nazara also earned Rs 18 crore from interest and gains on financial assets during the quarter, bringing its overall revenue to Rs 539 crore. However, the company posted a 40.8% YoY increase in its total income to Rs 1,715 crore in FY25, compared to Rs 1,218 crore in FY24. On the line of scale, Nazara’s total expenses surged by 85.3% to Rs 528 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to Rs 285 crore in the same quarter last year. Content and commission costs together stood at Rs 186 crore, while employee benefit expenses rose to Rs 80 crore. Notably, marketing expenses saw a sharp 3.5X jump, reaching Rs 151 crore in Q4 FY25. Despite a 95% year-on-year revenue growth in Q4, the company’s profit remained flat at Rs 4 crore in Q4 FY25. For the full fiscal year, its net profit declined to Rs 51 crore in FY25 from Rs 74.7 crore in FY24. Last week, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) also approved the acquisition of a majority stake and control over Nazara Technologies Limited by Axana Estates LLP, Plutus Wealth Management LLP, and Junomoneta Finsol Private Limited. Nazara is currently trading at Rs 1,270 (as of 03.41 PM) with a total market capitalization of Rs 11,127 crore (approximately $1.3 billion).
