Property Share, a tech platform for commercial real estate investments, has launched its first India warehousing asset, a Grade A warehouse in Jaipur. The warehouse is leased to Flipkart and comprises three boxes, with one leased for nine years and the other two signed for nine years. The warehouse is Flipkart's largest distribution and fulfilment centre in the western region and processes 200,000 orders per day. With the rise of e-commerce in India, there is a growing demand for Grade A warehousing assets, particularly in Tier 2 cities. Property Share aims to provide investors with access to institutional grade assets.

This makes Property Share the first FOP to obtain the license and enables them to become the investment manager to the Property Share Investment Trust (PSIT). The SM REIT regulations were introduced by SEBI in 2024 to include commercial and residential properties valued between ₹50 crore and ₹500 crore within the regulatory framework.
