Pronto hits 500,000 bookings in March The startup operates in the instant home help segment and connects households with trained service professionals for chores such as cleaning, utensil washing, and laundry. Pronto has completed one year of operations and reported early scale with over 500,000 monthly fulfilled bookings, and reached 22,000 daily bookings as of March end, according to a post by its founder Anjali Sardana. The growth has been driven by a network of more than 5,000 Pros on the platform and a focus on building a reliable supply base while enabling livelihoods. Founded in 2025, Pronto runs a hyperlocal on-demand marketplace that promises quick turnaround times through a hub-based model. The company positions itself as a high-frequency service layer on top of traditional home services and targets repeat use cases instead of one-off bookings. The growth coincides with Pronto’s $25 million Series B round led by Epiq Capital, with participation from Glade Brook Capital, General Catalyst, and Bain Capital Ventures. The round came shortly after an $11 million Series A and reflects strong investor interest in the category. The proceeds will be used to expand into new cities, add supply, and improve service quality. Pronto has scaled rapidly within a year of launch. Its daily bookings had crossed 18,000 in the initial months and have now reached 22,000, indicating continued demand for quick home services. The segment is seeing rising competition from incumbents and new entrants. Urban Company’s InstaHelp operates in a similar category and crossed 1 million bookings in March and has scaled to over 50,000 daily bookings. Other players such as Snabbit have also reported traction with 1 million orders in March. The Ayush Aggarwal led company is reportedly looking to raise $50–60 million in an upcoming round.
