Feminine hygiene brand Plush has continued its impressive growth, with its revenue more than doubling in the last fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The company posted a loss of Rs 7 crore in the same period. Plush’s revenue from operations increased by 2.3X to Rs 66 crore in FY25 from Rs 29 crore in FY24, according to its financial statements sourced from the Registrar of Companies (RoC). The company primarily generates its revenue from the sale of personal care and hygiene products. Including Rs 1 crore from other income from interest, Plush’s total income stood at Rs 67 crore in FY25, compared to Rs 29 crore in the previous fiscal year. On the spending side, the cost of materials consumed remained the largest expense, accounting for 34% of the total expense. This cost rose 127% to Rs 25 crore in FY25 from Rs 11 crore in FY24. Advertising and marketing expenses jumped 96% to Rs 21.5 crore in FY25. Employee benefit expenses increased 67% to Rs 4 crore while shipping and delivery costs stood at Rs 2.6 crore. Overall, Plush’s total expenses increased 118% to Rs 74 crore in FY25 from Rs 34 crore in FY24. With increased scale, the company’s loss surged by 75% to Rs 7 crore in FY25 from Rs 4 crore in FY24. Its ROCE and EBITDA margin stood at -93.75% and -11.23% respectively. On a unit economics basis, Plush spent Rs 1.12 to earn every rupee of operating revenue during the year, improving from Rs 1.17 in FY24. As of March 2025, the company reported cash and bank balances of Rs 3 crore, while its current assets stood at Rs 29.5 crore in the same period. According to the company, it is on track to reach a Rs 200 crore revenue run rate in the current calendar year. As per the startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, Plush has raised a total of $8 million in funding to date, including the recent Rs 40 crore in series B led by angel investor Rahul Garg (Managing Partner Ignite Growth), along with participation from Ajay Kumar Aggarwal, Careernet Technologies, OTP Ventures, Blume Founders Fund, and other investors.

Joining this league, stockbroking and investment platform Dhan posted a robust performance in FY25, with its revenue from operations surging more than 2.3X. At the same time, its profit jumped 2.6X and crossed Rs 400 crore in the last fiscal year. Dhan’s revenue from operations rose to Rs 877 crore year on year in the fiscal year ending March 2025 from Rs 371 crore in FY24, as per its standalone financial statements filed with the Registrar of Companies. Founded in 2021 by Pravin Jadhav, Dhan is a stockbroking and investment platform focused on active traders and young investors. It offers equity, ETF, and futures and options trading on NSE, BSE, and MCX, with integrations like smallcase and TradingView. Income from brokerage fees and commissions from equity, derivatives, and commodities trading accounted for 88% of the total operating revenue which surged 2.35X year-on-year in FY25 to Rs 769 crore. The company also reported Rs 108 crore in revenue from other operating activities, for which no detailed breakup was disclosed in its annual filings. In FY25, Dhan earned an additional Rs 10 crore from non-operating activities, including interest on fixed deposits, inter-corporate deposits, and current investments, taking its total income to Rs 887 crore. As of December 2025, Dhan had 9.8 lakh active clients with a market share of 2.2%, but it remains far behind industry leaders such as Groww and Zerodha, which had 1.21 crore and 68.5 lakh active users, respectively. Notably, Dhan’s reported its active client base at 4.69 lakh in FY24. For the stockbroking firm, commission paid to selling agents emerged as the largest cost component for the stockbroking platform, amounting to Rs 82.6 crore in FY25, nearly doubling year-on-year and forming about 24% of total expenses. Advertising was another major cost head, with Dhan spending Rs 73.6 crore during the year, nearly 2.7 times higher as compared to FY24. Employee benefit expenses followed closely, rising 66% year-on-year to Rs 73 crore in the last fiscal year. Software and technology charges for the stock broking firm also shot up over 85% to Rs 39.7 crore in the previous fiscal. Royalty cost, demat charges, legal & professional and other overheads pushed the company’s total expenses to Rs 341 crore in FY25, from Rs 175 crore in FY24. The 2.3X strong revenue growth helped Dhan to zoom its profits by 2.6X to Rs 408 crore in FY25 from Rs 159 crore in FY24. Its ROCE and EBITDA margins improved to 91.9% and 63.25%, respectively. On a unit economics basis, Dhan spent Rs 0.39 to earn a rupee of operating revenue. For context, Zerodha and Groww’s expense-to-operating-revenue ratios were recorded at Rs 0.37 and Rs 0.41, respectively during FY25. As of March 2025, the Mumbai-based firm reported cash and bank balance of Rs 1,498 crore while its current assets stood at Rs 1,911 crore. Dhan recently turned unicorn, reaching a $1.2 billion valuation after raising $120 million in a Series B round led by Hornbill Capital in October. The round also delivered strong exits for several angels and early backers, including Cred’s Kunal Shah, Miten Sampat, and members of the PhonePe founding network, with returns of nearly 45X in under four years.

Sale of the products was the sole source of revenue. On the expense side, the cost of materials rose by 7.6% to Rs 113 crore in FY25 from Rs 105 crore in FY24. Employee benefit expenses increased by 8% to Rs 132 crore, while advertising expenses remained flat at Rs 39 crore. Travelling expenses rose 7% to Rs 30 crore, whereas legal and professional fees surged 25% to Rs 20 crore during the year. Overall, Akumentis’ total expenses grew nearly 9% to Rs 361.5 crore in FY25 from Rs 333 crore in FY24. The combination of steady top-line growth and measured spending helped the company expand profitability. Akumentis’ profit rose by 17% to Rs 66 crore in FY25 from Rs 56.5 crore in FY24. Its ROCE and EBITDA margin stood at 43.70% and 19.91% respectively. On a unit level, the company spent Rs 0.83 to earn a rupee during FY25. The company recorded current assets worth Rs 167 crore in FY25, including Rs 92 crore in cash and bank balances. According to TheKredible, Akumentis has raised a total of $19 million of funding till date, with Peak XV Partners as its lead investor.

A 48% rise in operating revenue drove the company’s profit up by 95% to Rs 14.27 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 7.3 crore in Q2 FY25. On a unit level, the firm spent Re 0.97 to earn one rupee of revenue during the quarter. On a half-yearly basis, Yatra’s operating revenue surged 66% year-on-year to Rs 560.6 crore while the firm’s profits nearly tripled to Rs 30.27 crore during the same period. Following its strong financial results, Yatra’s stock surged 15% to close at Rs 167, taking the company’s market capitalization to Rs 2,602.77 crore at the end of today’s trading session.

Payment business accounted for 95% of its total collection which increased by 64% to Rs 1,098 crore in Q4 FY25. Meanwhile, there was a 35% increase in the e-commerce platform business, which rose to Rs 62 crore. The Ahmedabad-based firm recorded a total revenue of 1,180 crore in Q4 FY25. For the full fiscal year (FY25), its total income stood at Rs 4,066 crore. Infibeam operates a diversified digital platform, with a primary focus on digital payments and e-commerce solutions. On the cost side, the company’s total expenses rose by 66% to Rs 1,104 crore in Q4 FY25. For the digital payment firm, its payment processing was the largest cost center, rising by 68% to Rs 1,025 crore. Employee benefits increased by 30% to Rs 39 crore, while depreciation cost grew 6% to Rs 18 crore. Infibeam Avenues also incurred Rs 22 crore on other undisclosed expenses in the said quarter. For the fiscal year ending March 2025, the firm’s total expenses increased to Rs 3,768 crore. In the end, the company reported profit after tax of Rs 55 crore in Q4 FY25, 20% up from Rs 46 crore in Q4 FY24. On a fiscal year basis, its profit increased to Rs 236 crore in FY25 from Rs 156 crore in FY24. At 15:31 PM today, its market cap stood at Rs 5,579 crore while the firm’s stock was trading at Rs 20.

According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, Dezerv has raised around $100 million in funding to date, including the recent $40 million round from its lead investors Accel and Premji Invest. On the expense side, procurement costs remained the largest cost centre, accounting for nearly 45% of total expenditure. With scale, procurement expenses more than doubled to Rs 230 crore in FY25. Employee benefit expenses stood at Rs 65 crore, while advertising and marketing costs rose to Rs 83 crore during the year. Rent, telephone charges, marketplace fees, and other overheads further pushed overall expenses to Rs 508 crore in FY25, up from Rs 236 crore in FY24. Despite the two-fold jump in scale, Snitch managed to keep losses under control, staying close to breakeven in FY25. This comes after the company had reported a profit of Rs 4 crore in FY24. Its ROCE and EBITDA margins stood at -5.8% and -1%, respectively, in FY25. On a unit economics basis, the company spent Rs 1.02 to earn every rupee of revenue during the year. As of FY25, Snitch’s total current assets were recorded at Rs 226 crore. According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, Snitch has raised over $53 million to date, including a $40 million Series B round led by 360 ONE Asset in June last year. Snitch operates in an increasingly competitive D2C fashion market, competing with players such as The Souled Store, which reported a 36% growth in revenue to Rs 492 crore in FY25. It also goes up against Rare Rabbit, which recently raised $6 million from A91 Partners and is targeting Rs 1,000 crore in revenue, and Wrogn, which secured $9 million in funding in October last year from Aditya Birla Digital Fashion.

Tractor Junction also earned Rs 12.44 crore in non-operating revenue, including commission income and interest on fixed deposits, taking its total income to Rs 118.8 crore in FY25. The cost of materials accounted for 63% of total expenses which rose 86% to Rs 80.26 crore in FY25. Employee benefit expenses grew 47% to Rs 22 crore, while advertising, contract wages, RTO, insurance, and other costs drove total expenses up 75% to Rs 127.53 crore from Rs 72.7 crore in FY24. Tractor Junction’s total expenses grew faster than its revenue, primarily due to higher material costs, leading the Alwar-based company to post a loss of Rs 9.08 crore in FY25, which increased 2.5X from Rs 3.67 crore in FY24. Its EBITDA margin and ROCE stood at -18.03% and -70.3%, respectively. On a unit basis, it spent Rs 1.2 to earn a rupee of operating revenue in FY25. As of March 2025, the company’s current assets stood at Rs 70.43 crore, including cash and bank balances of Rs 13.76 crore. The company aims for another double-digit revenue growth in FY26, expand its COCO outlet network to 100, and focus more on profitability. Income from digital map data, GPS navigation, location-based services, and IoT was the primary source of revenue for MapMyIndia, accounting for 88% of the total collection. This revenue source increased by 16% to Rs 100 crore in Q2 FY26. However, income from the sale of its devices generated Rs 14 crore in the quarter ending September 2025. The cost of IoT devices, employee benefits, and outsourced technical services were the major cost elements. Notably, the cost of technical service outsourcing spiked more than 3X to Rs 32.6 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 10 crore in Q2 FY25. Overall, total cost of the firm rose to Rs 94 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 72.5 crore in Q2 FY25. With expense outpacing revenue growth, MapMyIndia’s profit fell 38% to Rs 18.5 crore during Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 30 crore in the first quarter of the previous fiscal year. For the six months ending September 2025, the company’s profit remained stable at Rs 64 crore in H1 FY26 as compared to Rs 66 crore in H1 FY25. At the end of the day, MapMyIndia closed at Rs 1,818 per share, with a market capitalization of Rs 9,948 crore ($1.1 billion).

The sale of its products through offline stores and websites in India and the international market was the primary source of revenue, accounting for nearly 82% of total operating revenue, while its subsidiary, GlobalBees, contributed Rs 422 crore. The company also made Rs 44 crore from interest income which took its overall revenue to Rs 2,217 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to Rs 1,936 crore in Q3 FY24. For the omnichannel retailer, the cost of procurement of materials accounted for 66% of the overall expenditure which increased 17% year-on-year to Rs 1,451 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 1,239 crore in Q3 FY24. FirstCry’s employee benefits stood at Rs 177 crore in Q3 FY25 which includes Rs 28 crore as ESOP cost. The marketing, legal, rent, and technology were other overheads that pushed the overall expenditure to Rs 2,210 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 1,978 crore in Q3 FY24. The decent scale and controlled expenditure helped FirstCry to reduce its losses by 70% to Rs 15 crore in the last quarter. Notably, the company reported a positive EBITDA of Rs 152 crore. As of the last trading session, FirstCry’s share price stood at Rs 419 per share, with a total market capitalization of Rs 21,753.8 crore (approximately $2.5 billion).
