Pediatric wellness startup RN Kids raises pre seed round

Pediatric wellness startup RN Kids has raised Rs 7.1 crore (approximately $760K) in a pre-seed funding round, with participation from Ashish Kacholia and Lashit Sanghvi, alongside angel investors including Mohit Sadaani, Hitesh Dhingra, Ajay Mehra, and Samir Palod, as well as select family offices. Founded in September 2025 by Rushabh Nandu and Nihar Parekh, RN Kids is building a pediatric wellness brand focused on clean label, clinically backed formulations for children’s everyday health needs. Over years of pediatric practice, the founders observed a clear gap in how everyday health concerns such as growth, immunity, gut health, and coughs and colds are managed. The startup aims to develop clean formulations with unique delivery formats that rebuild parents’ trust. RN Kids intends to bring the best global formulations and sourcing standards to parents who are increasingly informed and questioning what they buy for their children. It plans to build products that balance what children actually need, ease and fun, with what parents care about most: efficacy and convenience. According to the company, six signature products are set to launch by the end of July on Amazon, Flipkart, and its D2C website, followed by expansion into quick commerce and offline retail.

The startup runs through a web-based platform and plans to launch its mobile app by the second half of 2025. The startup is targeting $1 million in ARR by 2026 and intends to expand into other metro and tier-I cities beyond Bengaluru. ApClub competes in the broader urban wellness market where convenience, customisation, and offline reach are becoming core differentiators.
