Paytm employees file govt complaint for unfair termination: Report

Several Paytm employees have filed a complaint with the Labour Ministry, accusing the startup of unfairly terminating them without compensation, Moneycontrol reported. Earlier this month, Paytm cut an undisclosed number of jobs as part of its restructuring plans. Many employees have reportedly accused Paytm of forcing them to "voluntarily resign" without prior notice or severance.
