The acquisition of Bitsila by Pai Platforms (formerly Paytm E-commerce) has sparked concerns among sellers in the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) network. Pai Platforms is a major buyer app on ONDC, and acquiring Bitsila will give it a strong presence on the seller apps side as well. Some sellers worry about duplication and the potential exclusion of other sellers.
