Probably they could've rolled out a subscription model just like zoom car. And for obvious reasons majority of the bookings will be alloted to non-subcribers aka revenue/commission sharing partners, if and only if, they have full bookings or enough bookings, rest all will be diverted to subscribed partners. Enough not, additional discounts provided to selective customers; such rides will be allotted to these subscribers. After math realisation, the total weekly/monthly earnings will be much lesser than non-subscribers(commission model). This will force subscribed partners to quit or they get back to commission revenue sharing model.
Big difference between ola and rapido/uber is price point uber is much better than ola
They don't have any business model OLA sucks at every level
