Ola Electric builds new service team as complaints mount to 80,000 a month

Indian electric scooter manufacturer, Ola Electric, has been facing mounting complaints from customers, receiving nearly 80,000 per month. The company's service centres are struggling to keep up with the high volume, causing long delays and frustrating customers. In response, Ola Electric has assembled a new service team, drawing employees from various divisions. The company has also seen a drop in sales and market share, while competitors Bajaj Auto and TVS Motor remain steady in the electric two-wheeler market. Ola Electric operates 430 service stations across India.
