Now, dollar-denominated insurance policies for overseas-bound students, parents saving for children’s foreign studies

HDFC Life International, based in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, has launched two products: a unit-linked insurance scheme (ULIP) called the US Dollar Global Education Plan, and a Global Student Health Care policy. These offerings are aimed at non-resident Indians (NRIs) and resident Indians with investments abroad who want to send their children overseas for higher education. Through HDFC Life International, customers have access to dollar-denominated products and insurance solutions that cater to their international needs. The company plans to expand its product offerings and distribution channels, including tie-ups with banks, brokers, and online channels.
