National Australia Bank (NAB) is exploring the Indian fintech market to leverage their capabilities in other markets, according to Patrick Wright, Group Executive of Technology and Enterprise Operations. NAB is seeking to bring together the strengths of both India and Australia in banking services by finding opportunities for collaboration. The bank has been engaging with Indian fintech executives and aims to offer Indian financial products and services to customers globally. NAB has recently opened an innovation centre in India and plans to significantly expand its employee base in the country, particularly in areas such as cyber security, lending services, and application development.
