The company’s revenue from operations grew 47% to Rs 106 crore in FY25 from Rs 72 crore in FY24, according to its financial statements sourced from the Registrar of Companies (RoC). Nat Habit has rebranded itself as Breathe Life, marking a shift in its positioning from a focused Ayurvedic brand to a broader lifestyle proposition. The company sells Ayurvedic personal care products, including shampoo, face wash, and moisturiser. Revenue during the fiscal year came entirely from the sale of these products. On the spending side, advertising expenses remained the biggest cost driver for the company, accounting for 42% of the total expense. This cost surged 61% to Rs 58 crore in FY25 from Rs 36 crore in FY24. Employee benefit expenses rose 71% to Rs 24 crore, while cost of materials grew 75% to Rs 21 crore in FY25. Other overheads, including legal, rent, and miscellaneous expenses pushed the total expenses to Rs 138 crore, up 52% from Rs 91 crore in FY24. Despite strong revenue growth, higher spending led to deeper losses. The company’s net loss rose 61% to Rs 29 crore in FY25 from Rs 18 crore in FY24. Its ROCE and EBITDA margin stood at -52.41% and -26.79% respectively. On a unit level, Nat Habit spent Rs 1.30 to earn every rupee of operating revenue in FY25 as compared to Rs 1.26 in FY24. The Delhi-based company held cash and bank balances of Rs 28 crore, while its current assets stood at Rs 54 crore in FY25. According to TheKredible, Nat Habit has raised a total of approx $16 million of funding to date, having Peak XV Partners, Fireside Ventures, and Whiteboard Capital as its lead investors. The company’s co-founders Swagatika Das and Gaurav Agarwal together own 33.1% of the company. Crossing the Rs 100 crore mark is a key milestone, diluted by the high advertising costs. The portfolio is the kind that has to develop user loyalty after high acquisition costs, and it remains to be seen if FY26 delivers clear signs of that, even at the risk of moderate growth but lower losses.

The Noida-based company’s operating revenue rose to Rs 750 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 657 crore in Q4 FY24, according to documents sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). On a fiscal basis, the Sanjeev Bikhchandani-led firm recorded Rs 2,849 crore in revenue during FY25, a 12% increase from Rs 2,536 crore in FY24. Info Edge derives the majority of its revenue from Naukri.com, which contributed Rs 542 crore in the quarter ending March 2025, a 13% year-on-year growth compared to Q4 FY24. Meanwhile, revenue from 99acres reached Rs 106 crore, while the Jeevansathi and Shiksha segments collectively generated Rs 102 crore during the same quarter. The company added another Rs 520 crore from interest on deposits and investment which pushed its overall revenue to Rs 1,270 crore in Q4 FY25. On the fiscal basis, its total income stood at Rs 3,922 crore in FY25. On expense side, Info Edge spent 61% of its overall expenditure on employee benefits, which increased a modest 13% year-on-year to Rs 331 crore in Q4 FY25. Its advertising and internet costs stood at Rs 100 crore and 21 crore, respectively. The company’s overall cost grew 15% YoY to Rs 539 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 469 crore in Q4 FY24. Meanwhile on the fiscal basis, total cost rose 9% to Rs 2,002 crore in FY25. The steady growth and surge in other income with controlled expenditure led its profits to spike 7.7X to Rs 678 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to Rs 88 crore in Q4 FY24. On a fiscal basis, the firm’s profit doubled to Rs 1,310 crore in FY25 from Rs 594 crore in FY24. As of 2:43 PM, Info Edge is trading at Rs 1,456, down 1.19% from today’s opening price. The firm’s market capitalization stands at Rs 94,337 crore.

Overall, the company’s total expenses rose 65.5% to Rs 91 crore in FY24 from Rs 55 crore in FY23. Revenue growth outpacing expenses led to losses remaining flat at Rs 17.75 crore in FY24 as compared to Rs 17.6 crore in FY23. Its ROCE and EBITDA margin stood at -24.65% and -21.58%, respectively. The firm spent Rs 1.26 to earn a rupee of operating revenue in FY24, compared to Rs 1.38 in FY23. The Gurugram-based company recorded current assets worth Rs 58 crore in FY24 which includes Rs 41 crore in cash and bank balance. According to TheKredible, Nat Habit has raised a total of approx $16 million of funding till date, having Peak XV Partners, Fireside Ventures and Whiteboard Capital as its lead investors. In FY24, Nat Habit bought back about 6 lakh shares at a price of Rs 250 each, aiming to better manage its ownership structure and create more value for shareholders. Ather’s cost of materials, primarily driven by battery and component procurement, made up the largest share of its expenditure. This cost increased by nearly 74% to Rs 518 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 297 crore in the same period last year, accounting for over 61% of the total expenses during the quarter. Employee benefit expenses saw a surge of 37% YoY to Rs 119 crore in Q1 FY26 compared to Rs 87 crore in Q1 FY25. Depreciation and amortization costs rose 20% to Rs 48 crore, while other operational costs jumped nearly 31% to Rs 166 crore. Overall, Ather’s total expenditure grew 54% to Rs 851 crore in Q1 FY26, up from Rs 551 crore in Q1 FY25. As a result, the company’s net losses reduced by 3% to Rs 178 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 183 crore in Q1 FY25. In July 2025, Ather Energy maintained its fourth-place market position, selling 16,231 units. This represents a 10.59% month-on-month increase from the 14,677 units sold in June, bringing their market share to 15.78%. Ather Energy made its stock market debut on May 6, 2025, listing at Rs 328 per share on the NSE. However, the stock is currently trading at Rs 375, bringing its total market capitalization to Rs 13,723 crore ($1.5 billion). Importantly, the relocation of its primary Mukherjee Nagar centre to a compliant facility in Noida during FY25 resulted in a revenue loss of over Rs 30 crore. Founded in 1999 by Vikas Divyakirti, Drishti IAS focuses on UPSC and PCS exam preparation and operates eight centres across Delhi, Noida, Prayagraj, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Ranchi, and Patna. Drishti IAS is expanding across offline and online segments. It opened new centres in Ranchi and Patna in FY26, launched lower-priced studio-based online programmes, and entered Judiciary, Teaching Exams, and SSC categories. The firm also plans to expand into Banking, Defence, and School education, said CEO Vivek Tiwari through a press statement. The company has appointed Vipan Joshi as Chief Financial Officer. Joshi previously served as CFO at Aakash Institute. Originally an offline only coaching institute, Drishti IAS launched its online arm in FY21. In FY25, nearly one third of its revenue came from online operations, with the remainder from offline centres. It is worth noting that PhysicsWallah was in talks to acquire Drishti IAS, but the discussions were eventually called off, with both companies choosing to pursue independent growth strategies.

Spinny primarily generates its revenue from used car sales, accounting for 97.7% of its operating income (Rs 4,553 crore) from this segment, marking a 25.7% YoY rise during FY25. The balance came from commissions, support services, and advertising. Beyond operations, the company booked Rs 89 crore in non-operating income from interest on deposits, corporate bonds, mutual fund gains, and fair value adjustments. This pushed its total income to Rs 4,746 crore in FY25 from Rs 3,822 crore in FY24. For the used car retailer, the cost of procuring cars was naturally the largest cost center, accounting for 83.3% of the overall cost. In line with a 25% revenue surge, this cost grew 23% to Rs 4,309 crore in FY25. The firm cut its employee benefits by 13.8% to Rs 338 crore in the said year. Spinny’s direct cost stood at Rs 147 crore while its advertising and promotion costs reduced by 11.3% to Rs 125 crore in FY25. Other overheads, including information technology, legal, travelling, and rent, took the total cost to Rs 5,170 crore in FY25. The decent growth in its revenue helped Spinny to cut down its losses by 28.3% to Rs 423 crore in FY25 from Rs 590 crore in FY24. The company has also improved its per unit expense to revenue ratio in FY25, which was recorded at Rs 1.11. In March this year, the company closed $170 million round this year led by Accel Leaders Fund. According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, Spinny has raised around $676 million to date, including investors like Tiger Global, Accel, Elevation Capital, and others. The company expanded its portfolio by acquiring Autocar India, an auto media and car content platform, and started its own NBFC subsidiary.

Including non-operating income of Rs 5 crore, BankBazaar’s total income stood at Rs 254 crore during FY25 from Rs 188 crore in the previous fiscal. In a media interview last year, BankBazaar CEO Adil Shetty said the company earned about Rs 210 crore in recurring revenue from co-branded credit card distribution and had refocused on credit card distribution and a subscription business for credit health monitoring. The financial statements of BankBazaar have not given a detailed breakdown of the expenses, as the company recorded Rs 165 crore under operating expenses, which makes 59% of the total expenses. This cost rose 65% to Rs 165 crore in FY25 from Rs 100 crore in FY24. Employee benefit expenses declined 8% to Rs 61 crore, while advertising spend remained flat at Rs 14 crore. Finance cost rose 40% to Rs 14 crore. Overall, total costs increased 29% to Rs 278 crore in FY25 from Rs 215 crore in FY24. BankBazar’s net loss decreased by 13% to Rs 23 crore in FY25 from Rs 26.5 crore in FY24. Its ROCE and EBITDA margin stood at -9.86% and -4.42%, respectively. On a unit level, BankBazaar spent Rs 1.12 to earn a rupee of operating revenue during FY25. The company’s current assets stood at Rs 140 crore including Rs 11 crore as cash and bank balances, during FY25. The company also announced the change of its senior officials in which Mr. Sankalp Kaul was appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Company replacing Mr. Naimish Sinha and Mr. Manmeet Ahluwalia was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the Company. EaseMyTrip's board has approved the issuance of 55.93 crore fully paid-up equity shares worth Rs 514.06 crore on a preferential basis. Square Yards’ revenue from operations surged to Rs 261 crore in Q1 FY25, with a gross transaction value of Rs 10,053 crore, compared to Rs 172 crore in revenue and a gross transaction value of Rs 6,674 crore in Q1 FY24, the company said in a press release. In the fiscal year ending March 2024, the company reported revenue of Rs 1,004 crore with EBITDA profitability. However, the net losses of Square Yards stood at Rs 216 crore FY24. Income from financial services along with real estate services formed 83% of the total operating revenue for Square Yards which increased 48% and 61% YoY respectively. The press release added that its digital services also saw an impressive growth of 145% in the same period. Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform, playing the entire consumer journey including search, discovery, transactions, mortgages, home furnishing, rentals, and property management. The company claims to have more than 8 million monthly traffic and approximately $5 billion GTV with a presence in more than 100 cities across 9 countries. In the first quarter of the current fiscal year (Q1 FY25), Square Yards reported a gross profit of Rs 25 crore with a negative EBITDA margin of Rs 32 crore, compared to a gross profit of Rs 15 crore and a negative EBITDA margin of Rs 29 crore in Q1 FY24. The company has projected Rs 1,506 crore revenue in the full year of FY25 up from Rs 1,004 crore in FY24 with a positive EBITDA of Rs 101 crore.

Furlenco provides furniture and home decor for rent along with relocation services. Income from furniture rental services accounted for 91% of the operating revenue, which grew by 61% to Rs 208 crore in FY25. Income from the sale of products (furniture including sofas and beds), more than doubled to Rs 21 crore during the fiscal year ending March 2025. Including other non-operating activities such as treasury gains of Rs 11 crore, its total income rose to Rs 240 crore in FY25. The company streamlined its cost structure and reduced its total expense by 16% to Rs 237 crore in FY25 from Rs 282 crore in FY24. Employee benefits expenses decreased by 35% year-on-year to Rs 31 crore in FY25, while finance costs dropped 41% to Rs 19 crore in FY25. Cost of material, however, rose 33% to Rs 8 crore in FY25. Depreciation on the company’s furniture rose 29% to Rs 45 crore in FY25 from Rs 35 crore in FY24. With strong revenue growth and lower burn, Furlenco turned profitable and posted a profit of Rs 3 crore in FY25, in contrast to a loss of Rs 130 crore in FY24. Its ROCE and EBITDA margin improved significantly to 5.68% and 24.45%, respectively. On a per-unit basis, the firm spent Rs 1.03 to earn every rupee of operating revenue, compared to Rs 2.03 in FY24. Furlenco’s current assets stood at Rs 106 crore, including cash and bank balances of Rs 32 crore in FY25. According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, Furlenco has raised a total of $298 m in funding till date, with Sheela Foam and Lightbox Ventures as its lead investors. The company’s founder and chief executive, Ajith Mohan Karimpana owns 12% of the company. Furlenco certainly seems to have discovered a better playbook for its business, because numbers like these looked unlikely till last year. While the concept has certainly found takers, operating costs had been too high to offer hope of such a turnaround. So credit to the team for having pulled it off.
