Namma Yatri is planning to expand into the US market by partnering with American taxi unions to compete against platforms like Lyft and Uber. Although the talks are in early stages, the Indian-based company is still focused on strengthening its presence in India. The funding for the US entry is expected to come from Juspay, a fintech startup that was spun off from Namma Yatri earlier this year.
