Myntra, the fashion e-commerce platform owned by Flipkart, crossed the Rs 6,000 crore revenue mark in the fiscal year ending March 2025, while its profit after tax (PAT) surged 18X during the same period. Myntra’s revenue from operations grew by 18% to Rs 6,042.7 crore in FY25 from Rs 5,121.8 crore in FY24, according to its consolidated financial statement sourced from the Registrar of companies (RoC). The company generates revenue from logistics, marketplace, and advertising services. Logistics contributed 48.3% of operating revenue, rising nearly 20% to Rs 2,918.9 crore in FY25. Marketplace services accounted for 34% of revenue, increasing 15.6% to Rs 2,051.8 crore, while advertising income surged 28% to Rs 914.5 crore. Myntra also earned Rs 157.5 crore from other income sources. The firm made Rs 94.3 crore from non-operating revenue, primarily from royalty income, which pushed its total revenue to Rs 6,042.7 crore in FY25. Advertising costs, the company’s largest expense surged 37% to Rs 2,105.3 crore in the last fiscal year, whereas burn on logistics rose 6.45% to Rs 1,999 crore. In contrast, employee benefit expenses fell 6.4% to Rs 748.8 crore. Other overheads, including finance costs, payment gateway fees, and (IT) expenses, added Rs 870.6 crore during the fiscal year. In the end, Myntra’s overall expenses grew by 11.7% to Rs 5,723.7 crore in FY25, as compared to Rs 5,123 crore in previous fiscal. Myntra’s controlled spending and sustained growth across revenue streams boosted its profit nearly 18X to Rs 548.3 crore in FY25. This follows a profit of Rs 31 crore in FY24, marking a sharp turnaround from a loss of Rs 782 crore in FY23. Its ROCE and EBITDA margin improved to 24.71% and 8.78%, respectively. On a unit basis, the company spent Rs 0.95 to earn a rupee during the fiscal year. The Bengaluru-based firm recorded cash and bank balances of Rs 22.8 crore while its current assets were worth Rs 4,762.4 crore in FY25.

Delhivery’s revenue from operations grew to Rs 2,191 crore in Q4 FY25, according to its financial statements filed with the National Stock Exchange (NSE). For the full fiscal year (FY25), Delhivery’s operating revenue increased 10% to Rs 8,932 crore in FY25 from Rs 8,141 crore in FY24. Delhivery's primary revenue sources were its logistics services, including warehousing, last-mile logistics, and designing and deploying logistics management systems. The firm also earned Rs 112 crore from non-operating activities, bringing its total revenue to Rs 2,303 crore in Q4 FY25. Meanwhile, for the full fiscal year, total income reached Rs 9,372 crore. For Delhivery, freight handling and servicing costs made up 70% of its total expenditure, rising by 3% to Rs 1,566 crore in Q4 FY25. Employee benefit expenses decreased by 6% to Rs 337 crore. Legal, depreciation, and other overhead costs contributed to a minor decrease in overall expenditure, which reached Rs 2,249 crore during the quarter. For the full financial year ending March 2025, the firm’s total expenses rose to Rs 9,217 crore as against Rs 8,825 crore in FY24. Delhivery's continued growth and controlled expenditure resulted in a profit of Rs 72 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to a loss of Rs 68 crore in Q4 FY24. On a fiscal basis, it turned profitable and reported a net profit of Rs 162 crore in FY25 as compared to a loss of Rs 249 crore in FY24. At the close of today’s trading session, Delhivery’s share price stood at Rs 321 per share, giving the company a market capitalization of Rs 23,957 crore.

Nazara’s operating revenue rose by 95.3% to Rs 520 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 266 crore in Q4 FY24, according to its audited consolidated financial statements sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). E-sports accounted for 41.5% (Rs 216 crore) of the company’s total operating revenue, while the gaming segment held a 30% share (Rs 156 crore), followed by ad tech, which contributed 28% (Rs 148 crore). Nazara also earned Rs 18 crore from interest and gains on financial assets during the quarter, bringing its overall revenue to Rs 539 crore. However, the company posted a 40.8% YoY increase in its total income to Rs 1,715 crore in FY25, compared to Rs 1,218 crore in FY24. On the line of scale, Nazara’s total expenses surged by 85.3% to Rs 528 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to Rs 285 crore in the same quarter last year. Content and commission costs together stood at Rs 186 crore, while employee benefit expenses rose to Rs 80 crore. Notably, marketing expenses saw a sharp 3.5X jump, reaching Rs 151 crore in Q4 FY25. Despite a 95% year-on-year revenue growth in Q4, the company’s profit remained flat at Rs 4 crore in Q4 FY25. For the full fiscal year, its net profit declined to Rs 51 crore in FY25 from Rs 74.7 crore in FY24. Last week, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) also approved the acquisition of a majority stake and control over Nazara Technologies Limited by Axana Estates LLP, Plutus Wealth Management LLP, and Junomoneta Finsol Private Limited. Nazara is currently trading at Rs 1,270 (as of 03.41 PM) with a total market capitalization of Rs 11,127 crore (approximately $1.3 billion).

For the full fiscal year (FY25), Infibeam’s operating revenue increased 27% to Rs 3,992 crore in FY25 from Rs 3,150 crore in FY24. Payment business accounted for 95% of its total collection which increased by 64% to Rs 1,098 crore in Q4 FY25. Meanwhile, there was a 35% increase in the e-commerce platform business, which rose to Rs 62 crore. The Ahmedabad-based firm recorded a total revenue of 1,180 crore in Q4 FY25. For the full fiscal year (FY25), its total income stood at Rs 4,066 crore. Infibeam operates a diversified digital platform, with a primary focus on digital payments and e-commerce solutions. On the cost side, the company’s total expenses rose by 66% to Rs 1,104 crore in Q4 FY25. For the digital payment firm, its payment processing was the largest cost center, rising by 68% to Rs 1,025 crore. Employee benefits increased by 30% to Rs 39 crore, while depreciation cost grew 6% to Rs 18 crore. Infibeam Avenues also incurred Rs 22 crore on other undisclosed expenses in the said quarter. For the fiscal year ending March 2025, the firm’s total expenses increased to Rs 3,768 crore. In the end, the company reported profit after tax of Rs 55 crore in Q4 FY25, 20% up from Rs 46 crore in Q4 FY24. On a fiscal year basis, its profit increased to Rs 236 crore in FY25 from Rs 156 crore in FY24. At 15:31 PM today, its market cap stood at Rs 5,579 crore while the firm’s stock was trading at Rs 20.

Income from digital map data, GPS navigation, location-based services, and IoT was the primary source of revenue for MapMyIndia, accounting for 88% of the total collection. This revenue source increased by 51% to Rs 127 crore in Q4 FY25. However, income from the sale of its devices generated Rs 16.5 crore in revenue. The cost of IoT devices, employee benefits, and outsourced technical services were the major cost elements, pushing the total cost of the firm to Rs 90 crore in Q4 FY25, up from Rs 72 crore in Q4 FY24. On a fiscal basis, the total cost increased to Rs 306 crore in FY25. With the increase in scale, MapMyIndia recorded a 29% increase in its profit to Rs 49 crore during Q4 FY25, compared to Rs 38 crore in the fourth quarter of the previous fiscal year. Meanwhile, annual profit increased by 10% to Rs 148 crore in FY25, up from Rs 134 crore in FY24. At the end of the day on 9th May 2025, MapMyIndia closed at Rs 1,845 per share, with a market capitalization of Rs 10,040 crore ($1.17 billion).

CarTrade’s revenue from operations surged 26.6% to Rs 176 crore in Q3 FY25 in contrast to Rs 139 crore in Q3 FY24, as per the firm’s unaudited consolidated financial results sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The Mumbai-based company operates in three segments: Consumer, Remarketing, and Classifieds. Income from the consumer segment formed 39% of the total operating revenue which increased to Rs 68 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 50 crore in Q3 FY25. Income from the remarketing and classified segment stood at Rs 58 crore and Rs 50 crore in the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year. CarTrade also added Rs 17 crore from other non-operating businesses which tallied its overall revenue to Rs 193 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to Rs 152 crore in Q3 FY24. On the expense front, employee benefits expenses formed 53% of the overall spending which went up a modest 7.3% to Rs 73 crore during the period. This cost also includes share-based expenses of Rs 3.36 crore. CarTrade’s overall expenses increased 12% to Rs 140 crore in Q3 FY24 from Rs 125 crore during Q3 FY24. The strong growth and controlled spending enabled CarTrade to achieve a turnaround and post a net profit of Rs 45.5 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to a loss of Rs 23.5 crore in Q3 FY24. However, the company had already recorded a revenue of Rs 472 crore and a net profit of Rs 99 crore during the nine months of the ongoing fiscal year. CarTrade recorded a 4.78% hike in its share price today and is trading at Rs 1,433.3 (as of 12:47) with a total market capitalization of Rs 6,789 crore or $800 million.

The company also added Rs 20 crore from non-operating activities, tallying its overall revenue to Rs 554 crore for Q4 FY25. For FY25, total income was Rs 2,146 crore. The cost of procurement accounted for 30% of the overall expenditure, increasing 11% YoY to Rs 156 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 141 crore in Q4 FY24. Spending on employee benefits, marketing, legal, rent, and other overheads led to a 16% YoY rise in total expenditure to Rs 522 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 451 crore in Q4 FY24. Total expenses for FY25 were Rs 2,056 crore. The company reported a profit after tax of Rs 25 crore in Q4 FY25, a 17% decrease from Rs 30 crore in Q4 FY24. Profit for FY25 decreased to Rs 73 crore compared to Rs 110 crore in FY24. Recently, the company elevated Karan Bajwa and Avinash Dhagat to CXO roles, following Anuja Mishra's (CMO) resignation. Mamaearth parent’s shares closed at Rs 275, with a marketing capitalization of Rs 8,944 crore ($1.04 billion).
