Moneyview reports Rs 210 Cr profit on Rs 2,373 Cr revenue in 9M FY26 Digital lending platform Moneyview has filed its DRHP with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its upcoming IPO. The financial statements show that the company recorded strong numbers during the nine-month period ending December 2025. Significantly, the Bengaluru-based firm reported a profit of Rs 210 crore in the same period. Moneyview recorded operating revenue of Rs 2,373 crore during the nine months of FY26, according to its financial statement included in its draft red herring prospectus. Founded in 2014 by Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal, Moneyview operates a credit-led digital financial services platform offering personal loans, credit score tracking, and insurance distribution. Revenue from fees and commission accounted for 35% of the income at Rs 724 crore while the company generated Rs 206 crore from interest income. Including other income, the company’s total revenue stood at Rs 2,408.5 crore in the same period. On the spending side, impairment on financial instruments accounted for 35% of the total cost at Rs 724 crore during the period. Finance cost followed at Rs 460 crore, while promotional expenses stood at Rs 315 crore. Employee benefit expenses came in at Rs 206 crore, and other expenses added Rs 368 crore. Overall, the firm’s total expenses stood at Rs 2,080 crore during the period, with an expense-to-operating revenue ratio of 0.88. Moneyview reported a net profit of Rs 210 crore during the nine-month period ending December 2025. The company’s EBITDA stood at Rs 712.5 crore with an EBITDA margin of 30.03%. On the balance sheet side, the company reported total assets of Rs 7,719 crore. The company also held Rs 835 crore in cash and bank balances while total current assets stood at Rs 5,880 crore. Moneyview’s IPO will comprise a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 1,500 crore, along with an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 13.6 crore equity shares by existing shareholders. The company’s co-founder Puneet Agarwal will participate in the OFS alongside several early investors including Accel, Ribbit Capital, and Apis Partners.

Delhivery’s primary revenue came from its logistics services, including warehousing, last-mile delivery, and the design and deployment of logistics management systems. The company also earned Rs 77 crore from non-operating activities, bringing its total revenue to Rs 2,882 crore in Q3 FY26. Freight handling and servicing costs accounted for 70% of total expenditure and rose 7.4% to Rs 1,980 crore in Q3 FY26. Employee benefit expenses declined marginally by 4% to Rs 410 crore, while depreciation and amortization costs stood at Rs 187 crore. Legal, finance, and other overheads added another Rs 243 crore, a 4% year-on-year increase. An 18% rise in operating revenue and controlled expenditure helped the firm increase its profit by 59% to Rs 40 crore in Q3 FY26, compared with Rs 25 crore in Q3 FY25. The company had reported a loss of Rs 50 crore in the previous quarter. For the first nine months of the fiscal year ending March 2026, revenue from operations rose over 13% year-on-year to Rs 7,658 crore, while profit stood at Rs 88 crore. In a separate exchange filing, Delhivery granted 70,900 employee stock options worth Rs 3 crore, based on the company’s current share price. At the end of the last trading session, Delhivery’s share price stood at Rs 426.35, giving the company a market capitalization of Rs 31,903 crore (approximately $3.54 billion).

The company’s total income for Q3 FY26 grew to Rs 228 crore, compared to Rs 193 crore in Q3 FY25. The Mumbai-based company operates in three segments: Consumer, Remarketing, and Classifieds. Income from the consumer segment formed 41% of the total operating revenue which increased to Rs 86 crore in Q3 FY26. Income from the remarketing and classified segment stood at Rs 66 crore and Rs 59 crore, respectively, in the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year. On the expense front, employee benefits expenses formed 53% of the overall spending which went up a modest 4% to Rs 76 crore during the period. Including other costs, CarTrade’s overall expenses increased 3% to Rs 144 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 139.5 crore during Q3 FY25. The decent growth and controlled spending enabled CarTrade to increase its net profit to Rs 61.5 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to Rs 45.5 crore in Q3 FY25. However, on a sequential basis, the company’s profit decreased by 4% from Rs 64 crore in Q2 FY26. CarTrade was in preliminary discussions with CarDekho for a potential merger in India’s automotive classifieds space, but the two companies mutually decided to call off the proposed consolidation. CarTrade’s share price is trading at Rs 2,333 (as of 11:36 AM) with a total market capitalization of Rs 11,163 crore ($1.2 billion).

On a half-yearly basis, the company’s revenue rose 24% year-on-year to Rs 366.45 crore, while its profit more than doubled to Rs 111.13 crore. Meanwhile, revenue from 99acres reached Rs 115 crore. The company added another Rs 162 crore from interest on deposits and investment which pushed its overall revenue to Rs 967 crore in Q2 FY26. On a half-yearly basis, Info Edge’s operating revenue rose 16% to Rs 1,596 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 1,377 crore in H1 FY25. On the expense side, Info Edge spent 60% of its overall expenditure on employee benefits, which increased 11% year-on-year to Rs 340 crore in Q2 FY26. Its advertising and internet costs stood at Rs 108 crore and 22 crore, respectively. The company’s overall cost grew 14% YoY to Rs 563 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 492 crore in Q2 FY25. Info Edge’s profit spiked by 4X to Rs 347 crore in Q2 FY26 mainly due to Rs 320 crore deferred tax deducted in the same period last year which resulted in the profit to be Rs 85 crore in Q2 FY25. For the six months ended September 2025, the company’s profit doubled to Rs 690 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 343 crore in H1 FY25. As of 1:54 PM today, Info Edge is trading at Rs 1,356, up 1% from today’s opening price. The firm’s market capitalization stands at Rs 88,366 crore ($9.9 billion).

Looking at the expenses, the employee benefit cost accounted for 29% of the overall expenditure which increased by 16% year-on-year to Rs 40.5 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 35 crore in Q3 FY25. Depreciation and other operating expenses drove total expenditure to Rs 142 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to Rs 93 crore in the same quarter last year. Blackbuck registered a profit of Rs 32 crore in Q3 FY26, as compared to a loss of Rs 48 crore in Q3 FY25. On a quarterly basis, the company’s profit increased 10% from Rs 29 crore in Q2 FY26. BlackBuck's chairman and CEO, Rajesh Kumar Naidu Yabaji, sold 20 lakh shares (9.37% of his holding) in a Rs 135 crore bulk deal in the third quarter. This transaction reduced his stake in the logistics marketplace from 11.81% to 10.7% of the 18.07 crore total equity base. Income from hotels and packages was the largest revenue source followed by air ticketing and other allied services. It also made Rs 5 crore from financial sources tallying the firm’s overall income to Rs 215 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 109 crore in Q1 FY25. The travel aggregator firm spent 47% of the overall expenditure on Service costs which stood at Rs 94 crore, followed by employee benefits which were recorded at Rs 40 crore. Its spending on marketing, legal, information technology, and other costs pushed its overall expense to Rs 198 crore in Q1 FY26. The twofold year-on-year scale helped Yatra to register a 4X surge in its profits, bringing it to Rs 16 crore in Q1 FY26 against Rs 4 crore in Q1 FY25. On a unit level, the firm spent Re 0.94 to earn a rupee in Q1 FY26 with EBITDA of Rs 28 crore in the same period. At the end of today’s trading session, Yatra was trading at Rs 95.61 with a 3.32% decrease in its share price. Its total market capitalization stood at Rs 1,500 crore.

Nykaa’s Q3 FY26 results show steady revenue growth and improving profitability. Higher scale helped absorb costs better, leading to a sharp rise in profit both year-on-year and sequentially.
