Microsoft has introduced a new category of personal computers called 'Copilot+' that feature advanced AI capabilities. The devices, developed in collaboration with manufacturers like Acer and ASUSTeK Computer, aim to perform more AI tasks without relying on cloud data centers. The Copilot+ PCs come with a unique 'Recall' feature that tracks activities and a virtual coach for gaming. Microsoft expects to sell 50 million AI PCs in the next year, and the launch is seen as an effort to compete with industry leaders like Alphabet and Apple. The devices will be available for purchase on June 18, starting at $1,000.
