Dreamfolks Services, a lounge access provider, unexpectedly suspended its lounge operation services at airports across India, causing disruptions for passengers. Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL) has now announced that as a temporary alternative, its lounges at Adani-operated airports will accept major debit and credit cards from other access providers. Despite efforts to restore the lounge services through Dreamfolks, the issue has not been resolved yet. Adani-owned airports affected by this disruption include Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati, and Thiruvananthapuram. AAHL is actively working to minimize inconvenience to passengers and restore normal operations swiftly.
