Krishi Mangal: Scaling Innovations for Climate Resilient Agriculture

Cisco India CSR-supported scale-up accelerator Krishi Mangal, in collaboration with Social Alpha, has aided seven agri-tech start-ups in their efforts to address agricultural challenges and improve the livelihoods of small farmers. Start-ups focused on soil testing and rejuvenation, water and crop management, and allied services, and received grant funding, mentorship support, and technology refinement assistance. By combining Social Alpha's curation methods with Cisco's technological expertise, these start-ups have successfully deployed technologies to benefit farmers. Since its launch in 2021, the program has supported a total of 12 start-ups, benefiting over 40,000 farmers and generating over 1,000 jobs.
