Kalaido.ai paints a pretty picture from local language text prompts

Indian AI company Fractal has developed Kalaido.ai, text-to-image diffusion software capable of generating high-quality images from text prompts in English and 17 Indian languages. The model, trained on a public dataset of 70 million images, has shown 40% higher efficiency in producing detailed images compared to competitors. Launching for free at the end of the month, Kalaido can enhance user prompts, reducing iteration time and maximizing creative output. The model is expected to be useful in industries such as advertising, graphic design, social media marketing, and edtech.
