Judge declines to block Elon Musk $1 million voter giveaway as billionaire seeks to move case

A judge in Pennsylvania has decided not to immediately proceed with a lawsuit seeking to stop Elon Musk's $1 million voter giveaway. The judge has put the lawsuit on hold while a federal court considers whether to take up the case. This means that Musk is free to continue the giveaway, which offers $1 million to randomly selected individuals who sign a petition pledging support for free speech and gun rights. The giveaway has been criticized by the Philadelphia District Attorney, who accuses Musk of conducting an illegal lottery scheme to influence voters. Musk, who is spending heavily to support Republican Donald Trump, has been ordered to attend a hearing but did not appear.
