Digital investment platform Groww on Wednesday reported its first set of quarterly results since listing on the stock exchanges. The company posted a 25% rise in revenue during the third quarter, although its profit declined by 28% over the same period. The company’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 1,216 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 974.5 crore in the same quarter last year, according to its financial statement sourced from NSE. Other income contributed an additional Rs 45 crore, which drove its total income to Rs 1,261 crore for the quarter. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, the company’s income rose by 19% from Rs 1,019 crore in Q2 FY26. However, for the nine months period ending December 2025, the firm’s revenue remained flat at Rs 3,139 crore. On the expense side, employee benefit was the largest burn which accounted for 30% of the total expense at Rs 157 crore in Q3 FY26. Finance cost stood at Rs 10 crore, while depreciation cost added Rs 9 crore to the total expense which stood at Rs 515.5 crore in Q3 FY26. Groww’s net profit decreased by 28% to Rs 547 crore in Q3 FY26 as compared to Rs 757 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine months period ending December 2025, the company reported a profit of Rs 1,397 crore. Sequentially, Groww reported a 16% surge in net profit (PAT) to Rs 547 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 471 crore in Q2 FY26. The year-on-year decline was largely due to a one-time gain (net of taxes) of Rs 315 crore booked in Q3 FY25. Groww made a strong debut on the Indian stock exchanges in November last year, listing at Rs 114 per share on the BSE, a 14% premium over its issue price despite a muted grey market premium (GMP) of around 3%. On the NSE, the stock opened at Rs 112. Groww India’s share is trading at Rs 158 (as of 12:51 PM), giving the company a total market capitalization of Rs 97,595 crore ($11.21 billion).

The company’s revenue from operations grew 30% year-on-year to Rs 335 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 258 crore in the same quarter last year, according to its financial statement sourced from NSE. Other income contributed an additional Rs 18 crore which drove its total income to Rs 353 crore for the quarter. On a quarterly basis, the firm’s revenue fell 1.5% from Rs 340 crore in Q4 FY25. Founded in 2015, Awfis provides office spaces for startups, SMEs, and large corporations, along with services such as food and beverages, IT support, and infrastructure solutions. Revenue from co-working spaces remained the largest segment, growing 49% to Rs 276 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 185 crore in Q1 FY25. The construction and fit-out projects segment brought in Rs 58 crore, while other services contributed Rs 1 crore to the overall revenue in Q1 FY26. On the expense side, depreciation was the largest burn, standing at Rs 86 crore, whereas employee benefits expenses decreased to Rs 30 crore. Subcontracting expenses fell 15% YoY to Rs 47 crore. Finance costs amounted to Rs 46 crore, which pushed the firm’s total cost to Rs 343 crore in the previous quarter. Due to steady growth and controlled expenses, Awfis’ profit surged 3.5X to Rs 10 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 2.8 crore in Q1 FY25. Awfis has allotted 136,777 Employee Stock Options, currently valued at Rs 7.6 crore, as part of its 2024 Employee Stock Option Scheme. Awfis’ stock is trading at Rs 557 with a total market capitalization of Rs 3,971 crore (approximately $453 million).

CarTrade released its financial results for the first quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (Q1 FY26) on Monday. The company reported a 22% year-on-year revenue growth compared to Q1 FY25, with profit doubling in the same time period. CarTrade’s revenue from operations grew 22% to Rs 173 crore in Q1 FY26 in contrast to Rs 142 crore in Q1 FY25, as per the firm’s unaudited financial results sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The company’s total income for Q1 FY26 grew to Rs 199 crore, up from Rs 157 crore in Q1 FY25. The Mumbai-based company operates in three segments: Consumer, Remarketing, and Classifieds. Income from the consumer segment formed 38% of the total operating revenue which increased to Rs 66 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 51 crore in Q1 FY25. Income from the remarketing and classified segment stood at Rs 59 crore and Rs 48 crore, respectively, in the first quarter of the ongoing fiscal year. On the expense front, employee benefits expenses formed 53% of the overall spending which went up a modest 6% to Rs 75 crore during the period. Including other costs, CarTrade’s overall expenses increased 8% to Rs 142 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 23 crore during Q1 FY25. The decent growth and controlled spending enabled CarTrade to double its net profit to Rs 47 crore in Q1 FY26, compared to Rs 23 crore in Q1 FY25. CarTrade’s share price is trading at Rs 1,871 (as of 10:56 AM) with a total market capitalization of Rs 8,886 crore ($1.03 billion).

The Ahmedabad-based firm’s revenue from operations rose 93% year-on-year, nearing the Rs 2,000 crore threshold, while its profit grew 45% during the same period. Infibeam’s revenue from operations rose to Rs 1,965 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 1,017 crore in Q2 FY25, according to its consolidated financial statements filed with the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Infibeam’s payment business contributed 97% of its total collections, which jumped 95% to Rs 1,900 crore in Q2 FY26. Its e-commerce platform business also saw a 48% rise, reaching Rs 65 crore. The firm reported other income of Rs 21 crore, taking its total revenue to Rs 1,986 crore. Infibeam operates a diversified digital platform, primarily focusing on digital payment services and e-commerce solutions. On the cost front, Infibeam's total expenses surged 98% to Rs 1,891 crore in Q2 FY26 from 957 crore in Q2 FY25. Payment processing remained the largest cost driver, jumping 105% to Rs 1,812 crore. Employee benefit expenses remained stable at Rs 34 crore, while depreciation costs increased 12% to Rs 19 crore. Infibeam’s profit rose 45% to Rs 68 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 47 crore in Q2 FY25. For the six months ending September 2025, the company’s profit increased 17% to Rs 126 crore in H1 FY26 from Rs 108 crore in H1 FY25. Last month, Infibeam Avenues obtained in-principle approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to issue Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPIs) under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007. At the close of today’s trading session, Infibeam’s share price stood at Rs 19.29 per share, giving the company a market capitalization of Rs 5,379 crore ($606 million).

Ixigo released its financial results for the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (Q3 FY25) on Tuesday. The company reported a 41% growth in scale, while its year-on-year (YoY) profits declined by 49.3%. Ixigo’s revenue from operations surged 41.5% to Rs 242 crore in Q3 FY25 in contrast to Rs 171 crore in Q3 FY24, as per the firm’s consolidated financial results sourced from the National Stock Exchange. The company generated the majority (49.6%) of its operating revenue from train ticketing which increased to Rs 120 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 95 crore in Q3 FY24. Flight and bus booking services contributed 28% and 21.4% respectively. Besides operating revenue, the firm also earned Rs 5.2 crore via interest and gains from financial assets during the quarter, taking its total topline to Rs 247 crore in Q3 FY25. Ixigo’s gross transaction value (GTV) increased 48% year-on-year to Rs 4,036 crore during the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year. Employee benefits expenses rose by 17% YoY to Rs 41 crore. Overall, the company's total costs grew 42.7% to Rs 224 crore in Q3 FY25 compared to Rs 157 crore in Q3 FY24. Ixigo's net profits dropped by 49.3% to Rs 15.5 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 30.6 crore in Q3 FY24, attributed to a deferred tax income of Rs 16.7 crore booked in Q3 FY24. On a PBT basis, profits showed a significant QoQ increase of 54% to Rs 21.4 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 13.9 crore in Q3 FY24. Ixigo is currently trading at Rs 127.7 with a total market capitalization of Rs 4,886 crore or $581 million.
