Intangles, a physics-enabled Predictive AI for vehicles, has raised $30 million in Series B funding led by Avataar Venture Partners, with follow-on investments from Baring Private Equity India and Cactus Partners. Earlier in February 2023, Intangles had raised $10 million in its Series A round led by Baring Private Equity India. The proceeds will be used to scale the technology, expand into new geographies, strengthen predictive AI models, and grow the team. Founded in 2016 by Anup Patil, Neil Unadkat, Jayshri Patil, and Aman Singh, Intangles uses IoT and AI-based solutions to provide predictive vehicle health monitoring to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and fleet operators. Its platform offers repair strategies and recommendations aimed at improving vehicle uptime and profitability. Intangles combines applied physics, scalable engineering, and systems thinking to create a predictive, real-time operational platform. Its AI solutions enable fleets to move from reactive decision-making to proactive strategy, improving profitability and operational efficiency. The platform manages over 400,000 vehicles across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Clients include OEMs and enterprise fleets. Intangles helps fleets save up to $10,000 annually per vehicle while improving fuel efficiency and reducing emissions.

AquaExchange raises $8 Mn in Series B round at $41 Mn valuation Aquaculture technology startup AquaExchange has raised $8 million (around Rs 72 crore) in its Series B funding round, co-led by Endiya Partners and Factor Analytics, with participation from Accion Ventures and support from Ocean 14 Capital. According to filings, the round was co-led by Endiya Partners and Factor Analytics, with investments of Rs 30 crore each, followed by Accion Ventures, which invested Rs 12 crore. AquaExchange's valuation has surged around 74% to Rs 372 crore (approximately $41 million) in the latest round, compared to Rs 214 crore during its Series A funding in January 2024. The fresh capital will be used to expand its international technology business, grow domestic market share, and strengthen its presence across the aquaculture value chain. Endiya Partners holds a 16.2% stake, followed by Accion Venture with 9.68% and Factor Analytics with 8.06%. Founded by Pavan Kosaraju, Hemasundar Dhavili, Kareem Mohammod, and Kiran Bandi, AquaExchange helps aquaculture farmers leverage technology to improve crop yields, reduce crop risks, and manage rising input costs. Its product portfolio includes PowerMon, a power management device, and AquaBot, an automated feed management system. The company claims to be the first aquaculture technology firm in India to automate more than 25% of the country’s shrimp farming acreage. Its platform currently monitors over 80,000 acres of aquaculture farms globally and operates across five Indian states, along with international markets such as Ecuador, Saudi Arabia, and Madagascar. The company’s operating revenue rose 2.3X to Rs 240.51 crore in FY25 from Rs 104.88 crore in FY24, while its losses increased to Rs 12.71 crore from Rs 9.35 crore during the same period. The company also claims to achieve EBITDA profitability within the current financial year.

Exclusive: EV startup Qucev raises $15 Mn in Series B Qucev has raised Rs 131.25 crore ($15 million) in Series B round led by existing investor Singularity AMC with the participation of Lotus Family Trust, Volrado Venture Partners, Anchorage Capital and others. Electric commercial vehicle startup Qucev has raised Rs 131.25 crore (approximately $15 million) in Series B round led by existing investor Singularity AMC with the participation of Lotus Family Trust, Volrado Venture Partners, Anchorage Capital and others. According to its regulatory filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) in September 2025, Qucev’s board issued 4,467,375 Series B compulsorily convertible preference shares at an issue price of Rs 293.8 per share to raise the said amount. Singularity AMC led the tranche with an investment of Rs 25.76 crore (nearly $3 million), followed by Lotus Family Trust, which put in Rs 18.5 crore. Anchorage Capital, Volrado Venture Partners, Param Capital, and S Gupta Family Investments each invested Rs 17.98 crore. The remaining amount was contributed by other investors, including angel investors Lakshay Singhal, Anubhav Gupta and company’s founder Naresh Rawal. According to Entrackr’s analysis, the company is currently valued at around Rs 538 crore or $61 million post-money. Founded in 2022 by Naresh Rawal, Qucev is a next-generation electric commercial vehicle company in partnership with China-based EV manufacturer BYD, designs and manufactures electric tractors, trucks, buses, and three-wheelers, focusing on sustainable and cost-effective mobility. Beyond manufacturing and sales, Qucev also offers financing, charging infrastructure, and fleet solutions. According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, Qucev has previously raised around $4 million from Singularity AMC, Barclays and Maa Creations. For the fiscal year ended March 2025, the company did not report any product sales and generated Rs 2.08 crore from the sale of services. During the same period, it recorded a loss of Rs 9.35 crore. Qucev competes with players like Euler Motors, Altigreen, as well as established names such as Mahindra Electric, Piaggio, Kinetic Green, Tata, and others.
