India's top IT companies Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys, and Wipro have reported a decrease in their total employee headcount for the fiscal year 2023-24 (FY24). This is the first time all three companies have seen a full-year drop in headcount. The decline in headcount is attributed to weaker global demand and falling discretionary spending.
