Microsoft recently launched Copilot for Office 365, an AI-powered productivity tool that can attend meetings, write emails, and summarize documents. It integrates with Microsoft apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Users can ask the tool to summarize long documents, turn them into presentations or spreadsheets, reply to emails, and even scan through inboxes. Copilot can also record meetings, provide transcripts, and categorize discussion points into "chapters." While the tool has its advantages, Microsoft advises users to treat it as a rookie intern and ensure careful editing and verification of its work.
