The gig workers risk falling sick, damaging their phones, and even getting into accidents, but they feel compelled to continue due to the lack of alternatives. The scorching heat and humidity have made it difficult for delivery partners to function, and the unreliable availability of rest points exacerbates the problem. Companies have made some efforts to support their workers, such as providing resting areas and medical assistance, but the situation remains challenging. The life of delivery executives is full of troubles, and they are often not adequately covered by insurance programs for medical emergencies.
