Healthtech startup Docplix has raised Rs 1.2 crore in its bridge round led by Inflection Point Ventures. Earlier in March this year, DocPlix had raised Rs 5 crore in its pre-Series A round led by Eris Lifesciences with the participation of other angel investors. In February 2022, it raised Rs 1.2 crore in seed round. The fresh proceeds will be used for product development, AI integration, and market expansion, Docplix said in a press release. This will involve enhancing its EHR system, incorporating advanced AI capabilities to improve decision support and patient care, and expanding its market reach. Founded by Varun Garg, Aayush Garg, DocPlix’s ABDM-compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) system ensures secure and interoperable management of patient data. Its integrated Decision Support System (DSS) helps healthcare professionals make informed decisions through data analytics. Additionally, innovative visualization tools make patient data easy to understand, enhancing patient care and clinic efficiency. The startup claims to serve over 2,000 doctors, extending its reach through programs and remote clinics in tier-II and tier-III cities to address healthcare needs in underserved areas.

Drone tech startup Enercomp raises Rs 2 Cr in bridge round Drone tech startup Enercomp Solutions has raised Rs 2 crore in a bridge round led by angel investors. The round was advised and facilitated by Bestvantage Investments, a boutique investment advisory firm that connects high-growth startups with strategic capital across India and the Middle East. The proceeds will be used to expand manufacturing, scale R&D for AI-powered drone software, and build delivery capacity for large-scale national deployments. Enercomp’s roadmap includes an Rs 8 crore strategic investment plan over the next year to strengthen its IP, product stack, and execution capabilities. Founded in Ahmedabad, Enercomp operates at the intersection of hardware, software, and services. Its integrated offerings span indigenous drone manufacturing, Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS), and a proprietary GIS analytics platform. The firm claims to have developed seven proprietary drone models, including VTOL, fixed-wing, and surveillance variants, which are actively deployed in commercial and government projects. With 70% of revenue driven by product sales, Enercomp counts Tata Projects, Reliance, Mahindra Susten, L&T, and several government agencies among its clients. Its software dashboard is used for real-time, mission-critical data analysis by enterprise and public sector clients. Enercomp claims that it grew from Rs 3.1 crore in FY23 to Rs 5.6 crore in FY24, maintaining profitability. As per the company, it has already logged Rs 4.2 crore in revenue in FY25, with an active order book of over Rs 9 crore. To date, the startup has raised Rs 6.9 crore across previous rounds and seen its valuation jump from Rs 12.5 crore to Rs 60 crore, with the founding team retaining over 80.5% equity, including a 4% ESOP pool.

Wow! Momo has reportedly raised Rs 130–150 crore in a bridge funding round led by Kamal Agrawal from the Haldiram promoter family and Malaysian fund Khazanah Nasional. Economic Times, which reported the development first, added that the funding is structured through convertible notes, with the valuation to be decided in the next round. According to the report, the Kolkata-based quick service restaurant chain is planning to raise $75–80 million (about Rs 600–700 crore) in its next funding round, expected to close in the October–December quarter of 2025. Wow! Momo has raised over Rs 600 crore to date including $42 million (Rs 350 crore) in its Series D led by Khazanah Nasional Berhad, the sovereign wealth fund of Malaysia. Other investors in the current round include family offices and high-net-worth individuals. Agrawal was earlier linked to the Nagpur unit of Haldiram, which later merged with its Delhi counterpart. Wow! Momo operates under four brands: Wow! Momo, Wow! China, Wow! Chicken, and Wow! Kulfi. It runs 680 outlets and plans to add 200–250 more by next year. As per TheKredible, Wow! Momo’s revenue from operations grew to Rs 470 crore in the last fiscal year from Rs 413 crore in FY23. It maintained steady losses at Rs 114 crore in FY24. The company is also growing its FMCG business, with frozen momos generating Rs 5 crore in monthly sales, mainly through quick commerce platforms.
