The proceeds will be used to strengthen product development and expand the company’s presence across international markets. Founded by Maneesh Bhandari, Shalu Mitruka, and Amaresh Shirsat, GrowthPal helps corporate development teams identify acquisition targets, including off-market companies, and move faster from strategy to live deal conversations. The platform converts a buyer’s acquisition mandate into a structured thesis and scans signals such as hiring trends, funding history, filings, and online activity across millions of companies. It then produces a short list of potential targets that match the mandate more closely, including companies not actively seeking a sale. The brand claims to have supported over 42 completed M&A transactions and enabled more than 210 LOI-stage discussions across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Its customers include large enterprises, mid-sized firms, startups, and private equity-backed companies across IT services, SaaS, fintech, and software-led sectors.

At Saswat, we blend technology and trust to bring financial services directly to their doorstep. This funding will help us deepen our reach and scale operations,” said Arun Tiwari, CEO of Saswat Finance. Saswat claims to have onboarded over 6,000 customers and disbursed more than Rs 55 crore in asset-backed loans.

Existing backers such as Invigo Softwares and liver transplant expert Prof. Mohamed Rela also joined the round. The proceeds will be used to help expand and market Episcreen™ Liver, a new blood test that can detect liver cancer early with 90% accuracy. This test offers a better option than the current standard, Alpha-Fetoprotein (AFP), which has only 50% sensitivity. Founded in 2021 by Dr. Srikar Raman and K. Sreedurgalakshmi, Tvaster is building high-accuracy, non-invasive tests for cancer. It aims to improve early detection and save lives, especially for liver cancer, which affects over 900,000 people globally every year. Tvaster has tested Episcreen™ Liver on over 600 patients and plans to partner with top diagnostic labs for wider access. The firm is also working on tests for bile duct cancer and childhood liver cancer treatment resistance. It recently won the ILTS Young Researcher Award and received a BIRAC BIG Grant for its work in cancer diagnostics.
