Google is testing a new feature called "Talk to a Live Representative" that can navigate through a business's phone tree, wait on hold, and notify users when a human representative is available. Unlike the Pixel's "Hold for Me" feature, this experimental feature is available on all phones and actively places the call for the user. Users can search for a company's customer support number and select the reason for the call, receiving SMS updates until a representative becomes available.
