Felicity Games, a casual game developer and publisher, has raised $700K in its pre-seed round from DeVC, Visceral Capital and marquee angel investors including Kunal Shah of CRED, former Nazara CEO, Manish Agarwal, Sriharsha Majety, Nandan Reddy of Swiggy and Sameer Pittalwala, Head of Gaming, Google Cloud (APAC) among others. The proceeds will be used towards testing 10 more such games by March 2025. The firm aims to scale revenue by 10x by the end of this year. Founded in 2023 by ex-Swiggy executive Anurag Choudhary, Felicity recently launched two titles ‘Seek & Find’, and ‘Nova Solitaire’ which are already unit economics positive in the US and other western markets with over 100,000 downloads within a period of 3 months. Bengaluru-based Felicity rapidly prototypes and tests casual games for commercial viability using their proprietary framework “Pokhran”, scaling only the successful ones. Within a year, Felicity has launched over 10 game titles, which are played by more than a million monthly users across 14 geographies.

3one4 Capital leads $3 Mn round in Felicity Games Mobile game publisher Felicity Games has raised $3 million (about Rs 25.8 crore) in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital along with participation from international investors such as T-Accelerate Capital, MIXI Global Investments, and its existing investors DeVC and Visceral Capital. The startup is committed to scaling its successful titles and testing additional games by the end of 2025. Felicity aims to empower global game publishing by tapping into India’s burgeoning game development ecosystem. Specializing in hybrid-casual games publishing, the company combines data-driven insights with a strong execution model to deliver high-performing mobile games to audiences worldwide. Felicity claims that it has surpassed $1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and crossed 1 million downloads across its top-performing titles, Seek & Find and Nova Solitaire. The company closed February with over $100K in gross revenue, marking a 4X scale-up from November 2024. It primarily competes with the global notable players in this space such as Voodoo, Homa, Rollic, Supercent, amongst others.

Mave Health, a mental health-tech startup, has raised Rs 6 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by All-In Capital and Utsav Somani’s iSeed Fund with participation from Bharat Founders Fund, Deepinder Goyal (Zomato), Kunal Shah (CRED), Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal (Ultrahuman). The round also saw angel investors like Gaurav Agarwal (TATA 1mg), Nandan Reddy (Swiggy), Rohan Verma (BreatheWellBeing), Nikhil Kant (Even), Harsh Shah (Fynd), Neel Mehta (Studio Carbon), Nitin Mehrotra (Dressfolk), Himanshu Aggarwal (SHL), along with several family offices and digital creators. The funding will support Mave Health in launching Arc, a non-invasive brain stimulation wearable that treats depression, the company said in a press release. Founded in 2023 by Dhawal Jain, Jai Sharma and Aman Kumar, Mave Health aims to build human-centric evidence based programs for mental well-being. The startup’s flagship product Arc improves brain health and treat depression. According to the company, the device is developed in collaboration with a team of top experts, including neuroscientists, psychiatrists, and psychologists from Harvard Medical School, Maastricht University and other leading research institutes. Over the past few months, during the beta phase, more than 1,000 individuals have used Arc and have seen substantial improvements in their depression symptoms. Currently, Mave Health’s flagship wearable, Arc, can be accessed by enrolling in Mave Health’s 12-week long program which also offers unlimited sessions with their experts, including doctors, psychologists, nutritionists, and fitness coaches. Mave Health has also partnered with psychologists, hospitals and private clinics across India to make Arc more accessible.
