According to filings with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), StockGro’s board approved the issuance of 500 Series B non-convertible debentures at a face value of Rs 10 lakh each, raising Rs 50 crore from Trifecta Capital. Founded in 2020 by former venture capitalist Ajay Lakhotia, the Bengaluru-based StockGro is a fintech platform that simplifies stock market investing through SEBI-registered advisors, offering investment advisory, portfolio management, and educational resources to help users navigate the market. Recently, StockGro has launched Stoxo, India’s first AI-powered stock market research engine. It offers real-time, reliable insights to help retail investors make better decisions. According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, the BITCRAFT Ventures-backed company raised over $50 million in both debt and equity, including its $32 million Series A round raised in January 2022. While the company is yet to file its FY25 numbers, its revenue from operations fell 34% to Rs 86.5 crore in FY24 from Rs 131 crore in FY23. During the same period, losses surged 84% to Rs 101 crore.

Exclusive: StockGro to kick off Series B round at over $360 Mn valuation StockGro is raising Rs 150 crore ($17 million) in its Series B round led by Mukul Agarwal with the participation of Sanshi Fund, Neo Apex Share Broking, Valiant Mauritius Partners and 12 other investors. This funding follows the company’s Rs 50 crore debt round raised in September 2025 from Trifecta Capital, which Entrackr exclusively reported at that time. The StockGro’s board approved the issue of 12,707 Series B CCPS at an issue price of Rs 78,668 each to raise Rs 100 crore and 6,356 Series B1 partly paid up shares amounting to Rs 50 crore, according to its regulatory filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC). Ace investor Mukul Mahavir Agarwal will lead the round with Rs 104 crore, which includes Rs 50 crore in partly paid-up shares. Sanshi Fund and Neo Apex Share Broking Services are investing Rs 10 crore each, while Valiant Mauritius Partners will invest Rs 6 crore. Polycab India promoter Ajay T. Jaisinghani and Uphar Homfin Pvt Ltd will invest Rs 5 crore each, with the remaining amount to be contributed by Hem Securities, Gaurav Jain, Vijay Khetan, and other angel investors. According to Entrackr’s analysis, StockGro’s valuation will stand at Rs 3,187 crore or $362 million post-money. In addition to the fresh funding, the company also issued 3,966 ESOP options worth Rs 32 crore, taking the total ESOP pool to Rs 260 crore (around $30 million). The proceeds will be used to meet working capital needs and other general corporate purposes, according to the filing. Founded in 2020 by Rahul Singh and Arvind Ganesan, EcoSoul offers eco-friendly home essentials made from sustainable materials such as palm leaves, bamboo, sugarcane bagasse, and PLA. Its product range includes items like bamboo chopping boards, biodegradable cups, and palm leaf plates. The company boasts a portfolio of over 1,800 products, available across 50+ retail stores in more than seven countries, including India, the USA, Vietnam, and China. EcoSoul reported over 40% year-on-year revenue growth, reaching Rs 26.8 crore in FY24, as per its India filings. The company, however, posted a loss of Rs 4.6 crore during the same period. Exclusive: FreshToHome to raise Rs 75 Cr in debt funding Founded in 2015 by Shan Kadavil and Matthew Joseph, FreshToHome operates across around 160 cities in India and has a presence in key markets in the UAE. Bengaluru-based meat and seafood delivery startup FreshToHome is raising Rs 75 crore or $8.5 million from Trifecta Venture in a debt round. FreshToHome’s board has approved the issuance of 750 non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to Trifecta Venture at a face value of Rs 10 lakh each, to raise a total of Rs 75 crore, according to filings sourced from the Registrar of Companies (RoC). The proceeds will be utilised to meet the company’s working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes. In February last year, the company entered the quick commerce space, offering deliveries within 10–15 minutes. According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, the firm has raised over $320 million in equity to date. In the last round, FreshToHome raised $104 million in its Series D funding, led by Amazon Smbhav Venture Fund. The round also saw participation from E20 Investment Ltd, Mount Judi Ventures, and Dallah Albaraka. As per Indian entity filings with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), FreshToHome reported a 12.3% year-on-year decline in its revenue from operations to Rs 369.55 crore in FY25, compared to Rs 421.33 crore in FY24. During the same period, the company narrowed its net loss by 2.3% to Rs 146.32 crore, from Rs 149.73 crore a year earlier.

Exclusive: BigBasket secures Rs 200 Cr debt BigBasket’s consumer-facing arm, Innovative Retail, has secured Rs 200 crore (approximately $22.7 million) in debt funding from DBS Bank Ltd. This is its first major capital injection in nearly three years, after the $200 million round led by Tata Digital in December 2022. According to its filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC), the board of Innovative Retail Pvt Ltd (BigBasket’s B2C arm) has allotted 20,000 non-convertible debentures (NCDs) at a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each to raise the above-stated amount. The aforementioned debentures are issued for a tenure of 18 months and a coupon rate of 8.2% per annum, the filing added. The filing added that the proceeds from the debt raise will be used to set up and maintain dark stores, along with other general corporate purposes. Founded in 2011, BigBasket operates an inventory-led online grocery model, managing its own dark stores and delivery network while offering a wide range of products, including private labels. In August 2024, BigBasket fully pivoted to quick commerce, making 10-minute delivery its primary focus. According to startup data platform TheKredible, the company has raised over a billion dollars in funding to date from major investors such as Mirae Asset, British International Investments, and Bessemer Venture Partners. Tata Digital acquired BigBasket in May 2021. On the financial front, BigBasket’s (B2C) losses widened to Rs 1,850 crore in the fiscal year ended March 2025 while its revenue remained flat at Rs 7,673 crore during the period.

Consumer lending app RING has raised Rs 100 crore in venture debt from Trifecta Capital. With this, the Mumbai-based company has marked its first fundraise in 2024. RING will utilize the debt facility for on-lending and growing its balance sheet loan book, the company said in a press release. With this funding, Trifecta is extending its partnership with founders Krishnan Vishwanathan, Ranvir Singh, and the RING team, for a second time and with a larger cheque. Previously, RING secured Rs 50 crore debt from Trifecta in early 2022. As per the data intelligence platform TheKredible, the company’s parent firm OnEMi Technologies has raised over $150 million (equity + debt) to date from the likes of Brunei Investment Agency, Vertex Ventures, Ventureast, and more. NBFC Kissht is also a part of OnEMi Technologies. Business model and legal structure of the company RING provides personal credit to salaried and self-employed individuals in tier I, tier II, and tier III cities. With its own NBFC license and access to third-party balance sheets, RING claims to have achieved an AUM of over Rs 3,000 crore for the financial year ending March 2024, and serves more than 1 crore unique borrowers, the company said in a statement. RING offers loans up to Rs 5 lakh with flexible repayment options. It enables online and offline payments, bill payments, and UPI transactions. Kissht, on the other hand, provides instant credit for purchases at digital points of sale. It partners with NBFCs to offer easy loans through a network of more than 3,000 offline merchants and over 50 online stores in 40 cities. Recent developments In February last year, the website of Kissht was blocked following a notice from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) targeting over 200 gambling and lending apps, most of which appeared to be operated from China. Later, however, a government official clarified that this block might have been done inadvertently. It could be due to an error when dealing with apps that sound similar. After witnessing a dip in FY21, Kissht RING’s parent company managed nearly two-fold growth in scale to Rs 1,020.9 crore in FY23 from Rs 513.6 crore in FY22. Earlier this year in February, Motilal Oswal invested Rs 50 crore in Auxilo through a debt round, as exclusively reported by Entrackr. The Auxilo’s board has issued 22,500 non-convertible debentures (NCDs) at a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each to raise the above-mentioned sum, according to its filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC). Neo Group led the debt round with a Rs 100 crore ($11.36 million) investment, while Nuvama Wealth and Dezerv contributed Rs 50 crore each, and The South Indian Bank added Rs 25 crore. The debentures carry an interest rate of 9.7% per annum with a three-year tenure, while those issued to The South Indian Bank come at a 10% annual interest rate. Founded in 2016, Auxilo provides education loans to students for higher studies in India and abroad and to educational institutes for infrastructure modernization. Its educational loans include all the expenses related to the course, including classroom expenditures, pre-visa approvals, and airfares. For the fiscal year ended March 2025, Auxilo’s operating revenue rose nearly 50% to Rs 528 crore from Rs 357 crore in FY24. During the same period, the company’s profit surged 62% to Rs 112 crore.

Capital Services Ltd. The boards at Oxyzo allotted 1,00,000 non-convertible debentures to AK Capital at an issue price of Rs 10,000 each to raise Rs 100 crore, its regulatory filing sourced from the Registrar of Companies shows. The aforementioned debentures are issued for a tenure of 24 months and carry an interest rate of 9.75% per annum, the filing added. The proceeds will be used to augment the long-term resources of the company and meet working capital requirements. Oxyzo is the lending arm of B2B e-commerce unicorn OfBusiness, providing customized credit solutions for SMEs. It offers a range of loan products, including term loans, working capital solutions, low-interest rates, and collateral-free credit options. According to data intelligence platform TheKredible, the Gurugram-based company reported operating revenue of over Rs 900 crore and a profit of Rs 290 crore for the financial year ending 2024. Oxyzo’s net profit grew 11.38% to Rs 82.89 crore and sales jumped 27.43% to Rs 282.80 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 (Q3 FY25), compared to Rs 221.93 crore in December 2023. The Ruchi Kalra-led firm achieved unicorn status by raising $200 million in its first external funding round, and it became the first startup to surpass a $1 billion valuation during its Series A round. As per TheKredible, OFB group including promoters holds 74.5% while Alpha Wave is the largest external stakeholder with 7.4% followed by Tiger Global.

Care.fi secures Rs 7.5 Cr in debt from Vivriti Capital Healthcare-focused fintech startup Care.fi has secured Rs 7.5 crore in debt capital from Vivriti Capital. This latest investment follows its previous funding rounds, which included Rs 8 crore in debt capital raised from Wint Wealth and Caspian, along with $2.5 million (around Rs 21 crore) in debt from Trifecta Capital and UC Inclusive Credit. In total, the group has raised approximately Rs 29 crore to date. The fresh funding will be utilized to accelerate its aim to empower Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for hospitals and expand the reach of RevNow, Care.fi said in a press release. Co-founded in 2021 by Sidak Singh and Vikrant Agarwal, Care.fi aims to weed out the hassles of insurance claims, which remain a complex challenge for hospitals, often leading to delayed discharges, revenue leakages, and operational inefficiencies. According to the Gurugram-based company, its AI-driven RCM platform, RevNow, is making a significant impact by expediting claim settlements and ensuring hospitals receive payments within 3–5 days post-discharge. It enables 30-minute patient discharges by automating final billing and approvals, drastically reducing wait times. RevNow optimizes hospital workflows with real-time query notifications, automated responses, and integrated mailing services. It also enhances financial transparency by providing real-time reconciliation of cash flows at the entity, unit, and claim levels, offering hospitals greater visibility. “Since our inception, we have focused on solving critical operational pain points in hospital revenue management. With RevNow, we are setting new benchmarks in claims processing efficiency. This latest funding will enable us to scale further, helping hospitals optimize financial workflows while ensuring better patient experiences. As the healthcare ecosystem grows, we aim to continue innovating and improving revenue realization for providers,” said Sidak Singh, co-founder of Care.fi. Care.fi claims that it is handling over Rs 800 crore in claims across over 300 hospitals and auditing more than 50,000 claims. The platform also aims to expand RevNow’s capabilities and integrate further with hospital information systems (HIS), electronic health records (EHR), and billing platforms.
