Uniphore raises $260 Mn led by NVIDIA and others Conversational automation platform Uniphore has raised $260 million in its Series F funding round from NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks, along with existing investors NEA and March Capital. The company’s valuation remained unchanged from its last funding round in February 2022, when it raised $400 million at a valuation of $2.5 billion. The proceeds will be used to expand platform capabilities, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate global operations across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia, Uniphore said in a press release. The company will also continue acquisitions such as Orby AI and Autonom8 to build deeper automation and data capabilities. Founded in 2008, Uniphore provides an enterprise AI platform that connects systems of record, knowledge, and workflows. Its Business AI Cloud allows organizations to deploy AI agents and automate operations while maintaining control over data and governance. The platform is used by more than 2,000 enterprises, including several Fortune 500 companies. Customers use Uniphore to automate customer support, HR processes, and supply chain workflows. The company claims efficiency improvements such as a 31% increase in self-service rates and 500 hours saved monthly in support operations. Uniphore’s business model focuses on subscription-based software and AI deployment services for enterprises. It competes with players such as Observe.AI, Kore.ai, and Cognigy in the enterprise automation and conversational AI space. Back in August this year, Uniphore acquired Orby AI Inc. and Autonom8 Inc for an undisclosed amount. In December last year, the firm had acquired two data companies, ActionIQ and Infoworks.

AI-powered business intelligence startup FireAI has raised Rs 4 crore ($480,000) in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV). The funds will be used for product development, including innovations such as its Causal Chain diagnostic analytics platform, Text-to-SQL functionality, and a proprietary ETL tool. It also plans to expand its team and enter new markets. Founded by Vipul Prakash, FireAI uses its proprietary AI engine to deliver descriptive and diagnostic analytics for enterprises. The company’s platform integrates with over 700 data sources, supporting clients such as Government e-Marketplace (GeM). It currently has a 30-member team. FireAI builds conversational, real-time business intelligence tools that allow users to interact with data directly instead of using complex dashboards. The firm has expanded operations to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Africa, and Kenya as a certified OEM partner, working with Alchemist LLP as its channel partner in these markets. The startup focuses on making data accessible and actionable for all business users. It claims to improve forecasting accuracy by 30% and provide real-time alerts that enhance decision-making efficiency. According to market estimates, the global AI and data analytics market is expected to grow from $74 billion in 2024 to $482 billion by 2033, while India’s market will expand from $2.6 billion to $27 billion during the same period.

The fresh capital will be used for product development and market expansion, the company said in a press release. Co-founded in 2022 by Ajay Sethi, Hanit Awal, and Kushal Das, Darwix AI has built a first-of-its-kind, deeply integrated omnichannel generative AI stack that provides conversational intelligence, assistance, and automation for enterprise sales. Its all-in-one platform is designed to give organizations complete visibility into customer interactions and enhance each customer touchpoint. According to the company, its generative AI stack powers omnichannel interactions for large enterprises in banking, financial services, insurance, and retail sectors, with a presence across leading players in the United States, India, and the Middle East. Built on a proprietary multi-tenant large language model infrastructure with advanced software and hardware integrations, the solution is tailored to empower these industries. “Our goal is to offer a unified generative AI stack that not only understands but also elevates every customer interaction with actionable intelligence and automation.
