Delhi-based leg care brand Varco Leg Care has raised $500,000 (over Rs 4.5 crore) in Seed funding round led by Sunicon Maiden Fund, an early-stage venture fund curated by Sunicon Ventures. Prior to this, Varco Leg Care had raised a cumulative Rs 3.1 crore ($370,000) through its previous funding rounds. According to the company, its valuation has grown by 2x in the past 10 months. However, it did not disclose the numbers. Varco Leg Care will be utilizing the capital to strategically bolster capabilities across various fronts, which include enhancing offline touchpoints, advancing research and development (R&D) initiatives, and scaling and optimizing marketing efforts. Varco Leg Care aims to revolutionise leg health management by leveraging technology and clinical expertise. The firm has created a wide range of leg care products that address the end-to-end leg health needs of customers worldwide targeting health issues like varicose veins, diabetic foot, foot ulcer, and restless leg syndrome, among others. As per the company, it saw 110% increase in the brand’s revenue over the past year. Since its inception in 2022, Varco claims to have served more than 5 lakh customers, and expanded its presence to more than 3,000 medical stores across Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, and other Indian cities. Varco’s products are available at organised retail outlets such as Guardian Pharmacy, Noble Plus, Wellness Forever, and others. On the online front, it sells its products through its own website, as well as via marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, and others.

The Handpickd’s board passed a resolution to approve the issue of 10,547 Series Seed B CCPS at an issue price of Rs 20,566 to raise Rs 21.7 crore or around $2.5 million, according to recent filings accessed from March 2025 from the Registrar of Companies (RoC) shows. Nitin Gupta, Partner at GG Enterprises and Genesia Ventures, led the round with an investment of Rs 6.48 crore and Rs 6 crore, respectively, followed by existing investor BEENEXT, which is contributing Rs 2.16 crore. Sunrise Sunset Family Office will invest Rs 2 crore, while the remaining amount will be covered by Infinyte Club Angel Fund and Eximius Ventures, Stargazer Ventures and Ankit Agarwal. As per filings, the company has already received around Rs 10.16 crore, with the remaining amount expected to follow shortly. The Blume Venture-backed company will be valued at around Rs 300 crore or $35 million, according to Entrackr’s estimates. Founded by Anant Goel along with Nitin Gupta and Sahil Madan, Handpickd operates on a B2B2C model, delivering fresh fruits and vegetables through a tech-enabled supply chain. The company sources produce directly from local farmers and vendors, leveraging a network of micro-entrepreneurs for efficient last-mile delivery. According to startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, Handpickd has raised around $9 million from investors including BEENEXT, Blume Ventures, Kunal Bahl, Rohit Kumar Bansal. The company recorded over 2.3X year-on-year growth in operating revenue, rising to Rs 17.5 crore in FY24 from Rs 7.4 crore in FY23. Its losses remained flat at Rs 2.1 crore during the fiscal year ending March 2024. Handpickd competes with other farm-to-fork funded startups including Otipy ($49 million), Fraazo ($61 million), Deep Rooted ($20 million) which shut their operations. Handpickd also competes with Kareena Kapoor-backed startup Pluckk which is set to raise $10 million.

Arkam Ventures led the round with Rs 25.2 crore (approximately $3 million) followed by Titan Capital, which injected Rs 15 crore. Sparrow Capital and Atrium Angels also joined the round with Rs 1.73 crore and Rs 1 crore investment, respectively. The proceeds from this round will be utilized for capital expenditures, marketing, and general corporate purposes, the filings said. As per Entrackr’s estimates, the Gurugram-based company’s valuation has soared 5.5X to Rs 280 crore or $33 million (post-allotment of Series A round), compared to Rs 50.47 crore at the time of its seed round. Launched in 2022, 91Trucks offers information on new and used trucks, buses, and auto rickshaws—including prices, specs, comparisons, and dealer contacts. As per its website, it also runs five physical stores in Delhi-NCR and Meerut for affordable used vehicle purchases. Startup data platform TheKredible shows Arkam Ventures as the largest external shareholder in the company with a 9% stake, followed by Titan Capital (5.35%) and Sparrow Capital (4.94%). For the fiscal year ending in March 2024, 91Trucks reported Rs 10.11 crore revenue, compared to Rs 3.95 crore in FY23. Looking at the bottom line, its losses stood at less than Rs 1 crore. It’s yet to disclose FY25 numbers.

Healthcare company Even Healthcare has raised Rs 169 crore (approximately $20 million) in a new round led by Khosla Ventures. The fresh funding for the Bengaluru-based firm has come after a gap of 20 months. The board at Even has passed a resolution to issue 2,17,589 preference shares at an issue price of Rs 7,762 each to raise Rs 169 crore or $20 million, its filing sourced from the Registrar of Companies shows. Khosla Ventures led the round with Rs 83.4 crore or $10 million while Pathfinder and Mercury Fund invested Rs 21.3 crore and 26.9 crore, respectively. Simon Fiduciaria, DLB Ventures, Lex Italia, 8 VC, Rainmatter fintech, and others cumulatively injected the rest amount. Even Healthcare has also expanded its employee stock option (ESOP) pool, adding new options that bring the total pool size to 1,35,000, according to a separate resolution filed by the company. According to Entrackr’s estimates, its ESOP size is worth $12 million. As per startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, the company has been valued at around Rs 753 crore or $91 million post-allotment. Even offers subscription-based plans to cover diagnostics, consultations, and hospitalization costs of up to Rs 50 lakh. According to the company, it only partners with those hospitals that guarantee the care of its members in exchange for a recurring payment. Launched by Mayank Banerjee, Matilde Giglio and Alessandro Lalongo, Even also offers personalized managed care programs and provides Even cards which can be used to pay bills at its partner hospitals and labs. Even claims to have an advantage over medical insurance as it provides unlimited OPD consultations and diagnostics. The company has raised approximately $40 million to date, including $15 million from Alpha Wave and Aspada in November 2022, and an initial $5 million in seed capital led by Khosla Ventures in 2021. EV financing and vehicle lifecycle management platform Vidyut has raised $5 million or Rs 40 crore in its Series A round. This is the first round of investment for the Bengaluru-based company this year. The board at Vidyut has passed a special resolution to issue 6,185 Series A CCPS at an issue price of Rs 64,690 per share to raise $5 million or R 40 crore, its regulatory filing accessed from the Registrar of Companies shows. 3one4Capital spearheaded the round with Rs 22.2 crore while Zephyr Peacock India Fund and Saison Capital pumped in Rs 7.1 crore and Rs 8 crore respectively. LetsVentures, Angellist, and high-profile angles including Sujeet Kumar and Rajiv J Chaudhri cumulatively poured Rs 2.7 crore during the round. As per the data intelligence platform TheKredible, the company has been valued at around Rs 148 crore or $18 million post-allotment. Following the fresh proceeds, 3one4Capital became the largest external stakeholder with 15% followed by Zephyr Peacock India Growth Fund and Saison Capital which commands 13.96% and 5.41% respectively. As per TheKredible estimates, its ESOP pool is now worth Rs 12.1 crore. The company had closed its seed round of $4 million in a mix of equity and debt led by Force Ventures, Veda VC, and a group of marquee angles including Sujeet Kumar, Kunal Shah, Shriharsha Majety, and others. Founded in 2021, Vidyut focuses primarily on serving commercial vehicle fleet owners. The company offers electric vehicle (EV) financing and ownership plans designed to mitigate the risks associated with owning a battery. The two years old company is in the pre-revenue stage which posted an income of Rs 68 lakh with a loss of Rs 3 crore during the previous fiscal year ended March 2023. In the electric vehicle financing space, Vidyut competes with Revfin, Finayo, Mufin Green Finance, OTO, evfin, and Hero FinCorp, among others. Recently, Revfin raised $14 million in Series B round led by Omidyar Network.
