DroneAcharya Inks Pact With Vimaan Aerospace To Offer Drone Training, Services

DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations, a drone startup based in Pune, has partnered with Vimaan Aerospace to offer drones and drone-related services. The collaboration will focus on applications in agriculture, survey and surveillance, solar panel cleaning, windmill maintenance, and more. The partnership will begin with projects in Satara, Maharashtra, and expand nationwide. DroneAcharya recently secured a contract with the Indian Army for advanced drone training, and also received a contract from Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for 5G-enabled drones. According to a report, the Indian drone sector is projected to reach a market size of over $13 billion by 2030.
