The Palo Alto-based company's valuation now stands at $1.15 billion, making it a newly-minted unicorn. The increasing interest in artificial intelligence has fueled venture capital funding in AI startups, which reached $24 billion in Q2 2022, according to Crunchbase. DevRev, founded in 2020, offers AI-driven customer relationship software that connects various stakeholders on a single platform. The company's CEO, Dheeraj Pandey, emphasized the importance of building trust with users through design in the AI space.
