Cooking paste brand CURRYiT has secured Rs 4.5 crore in a seed round co-led by RK Family Trust, Tangent Advisors, and Freeflow Ventures along with participation from Ramesh Damani, Ajaya Jain, and others. CURRYiT had previously raised $139K co-led by RPSG Capital Ventures, IIMU, and others back in 2021. The fresh proceeds will be allocated towards scaling up operations, enhancing brand marketing efforts, and strengthening their distribution channels. According to market research, the Indian ready to cook and spices market is likely to grow at a compounded annual growth (CAGR) of 15.7%. Co-founded in 2020 by Richa Sharma and Nischal Kandula, CURRYIT stamps out the challenges of chemicals, preservatives, dehydrated vegetables and palm oil. It offers a range of cooking pastes including curry pastes such as Kashmiri rogan josh, butter masala, biryani pastes, ginger garlic paste, tomato purees, instant tadka, etc. The Delhi-based company claims to have served more than 25,000 pincodes per day and witnessed over 50% M-o-M growth on Q-commerce platforms. The brand aims to quadruple its monthly revenue in the next 6 months.

The proceeds will be used to support the development of an AI-powered course builder platform, new partnerships with industry players, and physical campuses in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the USA. Bower plans to impact over 15,000 students and reach Rs 15 crore in revenue across all verticals by FY26. The institution reported Rs 1.5 crore in revenue for the fourth quarter of FY25. Founded by Pavan Allena, Bower offers entrepreneurship programs for students and professionals. These include Bower SEED for K-12 students, Bower LEAD for working professionals, and the upcoming Bower UG undergraduate program starting in August 2025. So far, Bower has worked with over 5,000 students, registered 1.5 crore in bookings within three months of launch, and operates with 27 team members and 63 faculty. The executive program, Bower LEAD, will run four cohorts in 2025 with up to 150 participants expected.

The equity round was led by Zeropearl VC along with participation from Untitled Ventures, Atrium Ventures, and other prominent angel investors including Bounce co-founder & CEO Vivekananda Hallekere, Suhasini Sampath, Nishchay AG, Renee Cosmetics founder Ashutosh Valani, Anurag Ramadasan, and Rahul Seth, while Stride Ventures led the debt investment. Prior to this, the company had secured Rs 1.1 crore in equity during its pre-seed round in 2024. The fresh capital will be deployed towards diversifying the product mix, expanding sales channels, and opening physical retail stores, Gully Labs said in a press release. Co-founded in 2023 by Arjun Singh and Animesh Mishra, Gully Labs crafts handmade sneakers, blending premium materials with culturally rich design stories — from Phulkari-embroidered trainers to Onam-inspired silhouettes. Gully Labs sells its products through its website and in select partner stores across Indian metros. The company plans to build a larger production facility, broaden its product line across diverse sneaker styles, and deepen its reach across India and global markets. It also plans to launch exclusive retail outlets as part of its omni-channel strategy.
