Shipping intelligence platform ClickPost has raised $6 million in its Series A round led by Inflexor Ventures Partners and Athera Venture Partners. The round also saw participation from Riverwalk Holdings and an existing investor Rebright Partners. Previously, the startup had raised an undisclosed amount in seed round in April 2020. The funding will be used for launching new AI-driven modules, global growth and hiring, the company said in a press release. Initially launched as a developer tool to help engineers integrate with courier APIs, ClickPost pivoted to provide a post-purchase experience platform for brands. Founded by Naman Vijay, ClickPost is an all-in-one logistics management platform that provides everything from accurate delivery dates in the pre-purchase journey to multi-carrier integration, tracking visibility, returns and exchange management, and omnichannel enablement. The firm said that it has helped large fashion retailers convert more than 35% of their returns to exchanges, and has helped others improve shipping NPS by upto 40%. The startup claims to have tracked more than 1 million shipments daily, and is aiming to grow 5x in the next 2 years. Over 300 eterprises across India, North America, APAC, and the Middle East use ClickPost.

By integrating onboard analytics, its advanced surveillance solutions provide real-time intelligence, strengthening situational awareness in high-stakes environments. Optimized Electrotech focuses on innovation, indigenous technology development, and strategic surveillance solutions. Farmley raises $40 Mn in Series C round led by L Catterton Farmley, a Noida-based healthy snacking brand, has raised $40 million in its Series C funding round led by global consumer-focused investment firm L Catterton, with participation from existing investor DSG Consumer Partners. The proceeds will be used for capital expenditure, expanding distribution channels across India, enhancing exports, and investing in product formulations and technologies, Farmley said in a press release. According to an ET report, the funding includes 30% secondary sales by early-stage investors, including Insitor and Samunnati, along with employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). Founded in 2017 by Akash Sharma and Abhishek Agarwal, Farmley offers snacks such as makhana-based munchies, date bites, seeds, trail mixes, and roasted nuts. The firm sources directly from over 5,000 farmers across multiple regions and operates five processing units. According to TheKredible, Farmley recorded a revenue of Rs 230.66 crore in FY24 while posting a net loss of Rs 26.5 crore. While the company has yet to file its audited financial report for FY25, it claims to have clocked Rs 370 crore in revenue for the last fiscal year. Since its inception, Farmley has raised around $55 million, which includes a $2 million seed round in 2020 from Omnivore and Insitor, a $6 million Series A round in August 2022 led by DSG Consumer Partners and Alkemi Growth Capital, and a $6.7 million pre-Series B round in December 2023 led by the BC Jindal Group. Farmley is currently piloting its products in international markets, including the United States, Australia, Canada, and Singapore, as part of its global expansion strategy. It competes with other healthy snacking brands such as Happilo, which raised $25 million from Motilal Oswal Private Equity in 2022, and True Elements, in which Marico acquired a 53.98% stake in the same year.

Industrial robotics maker Haber has raised $44 million in its Series C round led by Creaegis, BEENEXT, and Accel. The round comprised $38 million in equity and $6 million in debt. Entrackr had exclusively reported the Series C round in October. The proceeds will be used to scale its operations internationally, particularly in the US, to serve the demand for AI-led industrial automation solutions. Founded by Raghavan, Arjunan PN, and Priya Venkat, Haber develops AI-powered industrial robots that automate labor-intensive tasks like sample collection, measurement, analysis, and intervention in factories. According to its website, Haber helps industries reduce chemical consumption as well as energy and water usage across sectors such as food and beverages, agriculture, and oil and gas. The company has raised over $70 million to date, including a $20 million Series B round led by Ascent Capital with participation from Accel, Elevation, and Beenext in November 2021. Accel is the largest external stakeholder with an 18.1% stake, followed by Creaegis and Elevation. Head to TheKredible for the complete shareholding breakup. While FY24 numbers are yet to be disclosed, Haber reported a total revenue of Rs 82 crore and a loss of Rs 36.7 crore in FY23. Some of its portfolio includes automation services for chemical dosing across different applications, including sugar mills, distilleries, paper mills, breweries, independent institutions, and mining operations.

E-commerce roll-up firm GlobalBees has raised Rs 150 crore or $18 million in a debt round from Avendus. This is the third debt round for the Delhi-based firm since its inception in 2021. The board at GlobalBees has passed a special resolution to issue 1,500 non-convertible debentures at an issue price of Rs 10,00,000 each to raise Rs 150 crore or $18 million, its regulatory filing sourced from the Registrar of Companies shows. The company will use these proceeds towards the working capital requirements and to meet general corporate expenses, the filings added. The non-convertible debentures have an annual coupon rate of 14.5%. Roll-up startups like GlobalBees partner with online-first entrepreneurs, scaling D2C businesses globally and in India. They focus on brands with $1-20 million in revenue, offering capital and support in marketing, supply chain, R&D, and operations. GlobalBees had raised over $270 million to date including its $111 million Series B round which made it a unicorn in December 2021. The company was last valued at around $1.12 billion. Notably, Series A and Series B also had debt components of $75 million and $30 million respectively. According to the startup data intelligence platform TheKredible, FirstCry along with Supam Maheshwari holds 55.6% in GlobalBees while Chimetech Holding, Premji Invest, and Lightspeed command 12.8%, 6.95%, and 6.57% respectively. During the fiscal year ending March 2023, its standalone revenue from operations surged 3.4X to Rs 65 crore whereas the company’s losses spiked two-fold to Rs 6 crore in the same period. GlobalBees competes with the likes of Mensa Brands, GOAT Brand Labs, Evenflow, Upscalio and Powerhouse91. Mensa Brands posted a revenue of Rs 1,317 crore with a loss of Rs 329 crore in FY23. Upscalio recorded a revenue and loss of Rs 216 crore and 78 crore loss respectively in FY23. Mensa also raised $76 million in debt across two tranches in 2023.
