Chipmakers among 15 US firms eyeing $8 billion Vietnam investment: US official

The trip of US Undersecretary for Economic Growth Jose Fernandez to Vietnam aimed at implementing agreements made during the countries' upgrade to a "comprehensive strategic partnership".
