Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced a new Rs 10,000-crore fund of funds for startups during the Union Budget presentation. Managed by the Small Industries Development Bank of India (Sidbi), this initiative supports venture capital firms like Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, and others.
