Two executives from Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, will remain in detention for at least two more weeks in Nigeria after appearing in court for the first time on Wednesday. Although they have not been charged with a crime, their families confirmed the decision. The executives, Tigran Gambaryan and Nadeem Anjarwalla, were detained upon arrival in Nigeria on February 26, following the country's ban on several cryptocurrency trading websites. The court hearing ended without a ruling, and the session will continue on April 5th. Binance recently announced the suspension of transactions and trading in Nigeria's naira currency after March 8th.
